Tucker finally issues a statement. He basically says that the deep state uniparty wanted to silence him because he was tackling the biggest issues of our time that nobody else would talk about.

Annnnnd just like that… Tucker Carlson became Charlie Kirk. He’s just a whiny white man desperately clinging to the last vestiges of the power he’s attained through a combination of privilege, pedigree & platform. If you listen, really listen to his words, it’s a slurry of ‘they, them, those people…’ the ones who are ‘out to get you’ the ones who want to ‘silence the truth sayers’… but there’s no substance here. Nothing new or earth shattering. At the end of the day… Tucker Carlson is an unremarkable nepotistic white man who found himself a nice little niche as a ‘firebrand exposing the deep state’ with an audience dying to have someone, anyone who looked like them to validate their hate. And he took all that power and ran with it. But it’s never coming back. He can make one of these videos a day. And Gran & Grandpa MAGA ain’t gonna see it unless it’s on Fox. And Testicle tanner knows it.
As an aside - you KNOW he thinks his cultists are dumb as fuck if he’s propping himself up as a ‘truth teller’ after literally admitting he lied to them for ratings.

Tucker’s doing exactly what @elonmusk did—He’s trying to suggest he’s the ultimate arbiter of truth and an outsider and centrist in order to overtake the media landscape, shift the Overton window, and rebrand in his middle-age. And like with Elon MAGAs are all all-in—in lockstep.
Fox is now deep state and an entertainment channel. 🤣😂

"When honest people say what's true, calmly and without embarrassment, they become powerful"… The fact that a guy who has ADMITTED he lies (well, lied) to his viewers while being ANYTHING but calm can say those words with a straight face makes me think he might actually be a sociopath.
He *made up* topics to rile up the very gullible viewers, and began spinning them in to conspiracy theories.
