Wth does “hang free,” mean?

Funny thing is this girl is pretty and has a sense of humor. All she has to do is intermittent fast for one year. The second year, she needs to cut out all sugar and go on a carnivore diet with Celtic salt and lots of water. This whole time she needs to go to the gym at least two hours a day and in the end, she may need to get some skin cut, but after three years, she will be super hot with self-respect, even though in this video shows that she has some type of confidence that is rare.
