Last night felt like a full circle moment for me. Standing this close to Kojo Antwi was surreal. Calm, gracious, larger than life, he signed my copy of his book and all I could think of was ‘what a man!’ His voice raised generations and carried love, pain, hope and Africa across time. Kojo Antwi - The Icon…The Force…The Legend. My legend. I love him to bits. And yes, this book is a treasure for life. If you want to read it, go and get your own. I don’t share my books.

Cub Swanson opens up on how his purpose for fighting has changed over the course of his career: "I think I wanted to be seen, honestly, when I started this sport at 19. Along the way, you fall into this mindset: ‘I gotta be the champ, I gotta get the belt,’ and that becomes your obsession. Then that didn’t happen for me. I fell short a couple of times, even when I had my chance multiple times. After that, I had to figure out why I still love this sport, and it came back to me that I just wanted to be the best version of myself."
