Bill Maher shuts down Max Amini mid-sentence after he suggests the Bible and the Quran are the same book with different details. Maher is an atheist. Even he couldn't let that one slide. AMINI: "If they just took the good things [from each holy book] and didn't bother with those very crazy details... the world would have been a lot more balanced." MAHER: "I gotta stop you there, man... It's not really accurate, because the Quran and the Bible are not like the same book, just in a different language. They're just not." "First of all, the Bible is two halves. One is the Prince of Peace, whose message was very different than Muhammad, who was a warrior. Christianity is founded on being a martyr and suffering." "Islam, their best century was their first. They came out of the desert and conquered the whole world, and they didn't do it by asking. It doesn't happen that far, that quickly, by asking. Today, jihadist religious extremists attacked the stall of the publisher Sabyasachi at Bangladesh's book fair. Their "crime" was publishing my book. The book fair authorities and the police from the local station ordered the removal of my book. Even after it was removed, the extremists attacked, vandalized the stall, and shut it down. The government is supporting these extremists, and jihadist activities are spreading across the country.

This manual intervention, without consistent verification, opens the door to massive fraud. "We as a poll challenger are supposed to verify the name [and] address on the ballot to the electronic poll book, and if it is not there, then it is supposed to be in a paper poll book." Yet, at no point were they "able to physically see the ballot and then see it in the electronic poll book." "Any time as a challenger I tried to look at the ballot and then try to verify it, I would get two or three of the poll workers literally screaming at me to get back six feet." This not only created a hostile environment but physically prevented close inspection. How many people running our elections are actually engaged in fraud? The number has got to be off the charts!
