Sam Cosmi had a chance to salvage shit but Nick Allegretti is the real issue. This is a great play call. Coaches can't make the blocks for them. Should have been an easy 2pts.

Something I missed initially: Jordan Davis gets washed out, but he still impacts the play twice—first by knocking Sam Cosmi off balance, then by getting a hand on John Bates and throwing him off balance too.

Center should have blocked the guy to his right. Otherwise, the ball-carrier just walks in.

Both Allegretti and Paul blew their assignments on the play design, just can’t freaking happen, piss poor effort. But the play call pretty much played right into Phillys strength and our weakness.

Between Paul's poor effort and Allegritti's lack of effort, this had no shot.

Jayden mid was already set it already it looked perfect from the QB view and was but allegretti missed on the block

Bad blocking by Allegretti and Paul, but also horrible read by Daniels. White is wide open & both Eagles defenders out there were being blocked. Ojomo is already unblocked and standing there when JD5 makes the pitch. Total offensive failure here.

Only works when it’s blocked correctly. Also you need someone a little more athletic. I.E Travis Kelce

Was just a terrible play, only thing that might’ve helped if Jayden would’ve pressed towards the Goaline more himself before the pitch but then we risk him taking a shot. Just a dumb play but it’s week 1

He walks in if Nick makes the block. That was a terrible angle also. He didn't need to close the gap between him and Cosmi. If the DT splits them no way does he chase Bates down from behind.
