@CoachMongero We do this all the time using different arm slots

@CoachMongero Great stuff and implementation! Do you guys pre determine what arm slot you’re working at before the set or just let the reps dictate off of reaction what arm slot they use? Like where they receive it they get rid of it from? If that makes sense.

@CoachMongero I also have my players line up into 4 groups with 2 groups facing each other throwing to each others Then they throw fast working on quick controlled transfers also using different arm slots Again, get comfortable being uncomfortable
