Need to apologise and clarify: Yesterday I put a post criticising the Labour government for a five year fast track ILR program for those earning more than £125,00, saying that for nurses and teachers it would be 15 years That was a mistake. Shabana Mahmood specifically said nurses and teachers would qualify under 5 years It's actually many of the lower-paid health and social care workers who came to the UK legally under the Boriswave with a health and social care visa who could face a 15‑year baseline before they become eligible for ILR, rather than the current 5 years So anyone earning over £125k could be fast tracked under 5 years Healthcare assistants, nursing support workers, care assistants, senior care assistants, home carers, personal assistants, therapy/rehabilitation support workers, it could take them up to 15 years Labour's proposed two tier Indefinite Leave to Remain system which rewards high earners, and penalises low earners who work just as hard as the high earners but earn less And imagine, we have a broken social care system, and we're pushing away social care workers, because Labour have chosen to ape Reform UK's rhetoric, instead of recognising that the country needs social care workers, including the lower paid social care workers Thank you to those who pointed out my mistake about nurses and teachers yesterday, please always point out mistakes and errors, because there's far too much misinformation on line, and when we do make a mistake we should apologise and correct it Unless of course you're a Labour government in which case your Prime Minister, Home Secretary and Culture Secretary can all accuse the police of an antisemitic decision, banning Maccabi fans, despite police advice saying it was down to public safety. And despite Israeli authorities a few days later also banning a Maccabi game in Tel aviv - not because they are antisemitic, but because of public safety

Biggest update I’ve ever shared… Bloom (YC X25) raised $3.4M to unlock the creator economy for software. Let’s be honest: web apps are easy, but building and sharing mobile apps sucks - XCode builds, Apple Developer reviews, TestFlight invites… all make going from idea to an app on users’ hands a slow and painful process. With Bloom you can make a full-stack mobile app by talking into your phone and then share it instantly with a single link. --- Bloom started last Christmas. After landing in Barcelona to visit family, I immediately asked my mom where I could buy a monitor. She was confused, but I was on a mission: I needed those two weeks to run experiments on an idea that had been floating around in my head for months – could I build a mobile app that builds mobile apps? This wasn't just any idea. It was the kind that kept me up at night. I wanted to see if this pipe dream was technically feasible – could we dynamically change a mobile app's functionality on the fly? I came back to Zurich with something promising, but nothing definite. In mid-January, I had a critical conversation with my co-founder Sirian Maathuis. We were making steady progress with our previous product, Fireview, but I couldn't shake this feeling about Bloom. "This could be extremely big," I told him. "It could change the world. It's probably the coolest product we could ever build." With the YC application deadline just three weeks away, we pivoted and scrambled to build an MVP. After submitting our application at midnight, Sirian stayed up until 4 AM recording our demo. Once David Lieb saw our application, things moved fast and we got to spend three intense months in San Francisco with YC. We closed our round 5 days before demo day and didn't have a deck - our product demo did all the talking. --- This $3.4M round is led by Moonfire Ventures , with participation from Y Combinator and Pioneer We're also backed by an incredible group of founders and operators Thomas Wolf (Founder/CSO, HuggingFace) Bob van Luijt (Founder/CEO, Weaviate) Jamie Turner (Founder/CEO, Convex) Theo - t3.gg (Founder/CEO, T3Chat) Evan Bacon 🥓 (Expo) cedric (Expo) colinevans (OpenAI) Ron Besseling (Whatsapp) Clive Anyonye (Meta) Robert van Gaal (Google, Vesper) Nick Lenten (Founder/CEO, Ahead Health) Helena (Founder Embassy) Chris Smoak (serial founder & YC alum) Gianmaria Sbetta (Google) Ruben (Founder, VC Corner) Special thanks to those who believed in us from the beginning: Founderful Campus, Andrew Daniels 💜, Chase Myers , S2S, Jamie Turner , and David Lieb We're now back in Europe, building out the founding team that is going to redefine how the next wave of apps is built. If you’re someone that loves building product, solving complex problems and working on the future of software, we’d love to talk. There's so much to build, and we're just getting started. If you want to fast track your application or know anyone who would be a fit, comment with “Join Bloom”

why jordan peterson believes people choose a meaningless life on purpose: "nihilists suffer dreadfully, because there's no meaning in their life. but the advantage is, they have no responsibility. so that's the payoff, and i actually think that's the motivation." "maybe you've just allowed your belief systems to collapse, because it's a hell of a lot easier than acting them out." "the price you pay is a meaningless suffering, but you can always whine about that and people will feel sorry for you, and you have the option of taking the pathway of the martyr. so that's a pretty good deal, all things considered." "perhaps the reason that you're suffering unbearably can be left at your feet, because you're not everything you could be, and you know it." "my experience is with people, that we're probably running at about 51% of our capacity." "if you're wasting 20 hours a week, you're wasting $50,000 a year. and you are doing that right now." "the conscience is this feeling or voice you have in your head, just before you do something you know is stupid, telling you that probably you shouldn't do that stupid thing. you don't have to listen to it, strangely enough." "what would happen if you abided by your conscience for 5 years, or for 10 years? what sort of position might you be in? what sort of relationship might you be able to forge?" "you're at the center of a network. you'll know a thousand people at least over the course of your life. and they'll know a thousand people each. and that puts you one person away from a million. and two persons away from a billion." "the things you do, they're like dropping a stone in a pond. the ripples move outward, and they affect things in ways that you can't fully comprehend." "if you live a pathological life, you pathologize your society. and if enough people do that, then it's hell, really." "you can read the gulag archipelago, and you'll see exactly what hell is like. and then you can decide if that's a place you'd like to visit and take all your family and friends."

Full video and transcript of Elon Musk's speech at Donald Trump's rally a few hours ago. "Hi, everyone. As you can see I'm not just MAGA. I'm dark MAGA. First of all, I want to say what an honor it is to be here You know, the true test of someone's character is how they behave under fire. And we had one president who couldn't climb a flight of stairs and another who was fist-pumping after getting shot. Fight, fight, fight! Blood coming down the face. America is the home of the brave, and there's no true test than courage under fire. Who do you want representing America? And I think this election is the most important election of our lifetime. This is no ordinary election. The other side wants to take away your freedom of speech. They want to take away your right to bear arms. They want to take away your right to vote effectively. You've got 14 states now that don't require voter ID. California, where I used to live, just passed a law banning voter ID for voting. I still can't believe that's real. So how are you supposed to have a good, proper election if there's no ID? It's just meaningless. And free speech is the bedrock of democracy. And if people don't know what's going on, if they don't know the truth, how can you make an informed vote? You must have free speech in order to have democracy. That's why it's the First Amendment, and the Second Amendment is there to ensure that we have the First Amendment. President Trump must win to preserve the Constitution. He must win to preserve democracy in America. This is a must win situation. So I have one ask for everyone in the audience, everyone who watches this video, everyone in the live stream, there's one request. It's very important. Register to vote. Okay? And get everyone you know and everyone you don't know. Drag them to register to vote. There's only two days left to register to vote in Georgia and Arizona. 48 hours. Text people now, now. And then, make sure they actually do vote. If they don't, this will be the last election. That's my prediction. Nothing's more important. So, I'm speaking to people out there. Everyone in the crowd, I think, is already convinced. But for people out there that are watching the video, watching the live stream, you need to get everyone you know at work, your friends, family, text groups, your social media, everything. Get them to register to vote. Right now. Only two days left for Georgia and Arizona. Only a couple weeks left in Pennsylvania. And if they're not registered to vote, it doesn't matter at that point. Register. I'm being repetitive for a reason. A lot of people think maybe the vote doesn't count. Well, it does. It does. It matters. And this election could be decided by 1000 votes, 500 votes, a tiny margin. So get everyone you know to register to vote. And double-check that your registration is good. Don't take it for granted. I'm just being repetitive about this point because it is one takeaway. More than anything, what will matter is getting those registrations and then getting everyone you know to actually vote. That is what will decide this election, especially in Pennsylvania. And honestly, you want to just be a pest. Just be a pest to everyone you know, people on the street, everywhere. Vote, vote, vote, fight, fight, fight! Thank you."

UPDATE FROM JAKE- I went to show support at Chud the Builder's $1. 25 million bond hearing and was arrested and thrown (in the maximum he could sentence me to) of 10 days of solitary confinement by the judge!!!! Here's how it happened. I was sitting next to Chud's wonderful and soft-spoken fiancee when she whispered, “I love you” to Chud, and was kicked out of the courtroom!!! Moments later, I was nodding my head in agreement to a video of Chud during an interview when the bailiff demanded that I leave the courtroom as well! I stood up and calmly exited and said in a normal speaking tone “This is two-tiered justice!” I am now inside of Montgomery County Jail STARVING for two days because they are refusing to give me a Kosher Diet!! I was also told by Sergeant Hawley today that my request for Kosher Diet was denied and that he would be put on suicide watch if I refuse to eat, which is basically naked torture in a cell alone for 10 days. They also are saying they're going to move me in with a roommate in solitary tonight, but would not give me any other details on who they would be putting me with!!! I showed up to Chud's hearing because I know what it's like to turn around in a courtroom where your life is on the line and see nobody but your mother and father. I wanted to make sure Chud did not go through the same pain I had to for four years and six days as a January sixth political prisoner. I stood up and said something because that's what righteous men do. All it takes for evil to succeed is for good men to do nothing. Not me. As for me in my house, we shall serve the LORD. Free chud. SECOND UPDATE- As I was on the phone with Jake yesterday getting this message from him, he was yelling in his cell begging to be fed and saying how hungry he was. Seconds later Supervisor Black and another man went in his cell, said he’s coming with them, put him in handcuffs and took him away. I have now not heard from Jake for over 24 hours because they have taken away his phone privileges simply for begging for FOOD!!!!! I have the entire thing on recording. It is disturbing and sickening. I have called the jail dozens of times yesterday and today and they refuse to tell me where he was taken and will not let him speak to me. Every single lieutenant, supervisor, etc I have spoken to yesterday and today have all given me different stories than the other and continuously lie to cover up what they are doing. These people are EVIL AND SICK!!!! I have all of those calls recorded and documented also. I have spent three days calling every lawyer and law firm in Clarksville Tennessee and NOT ONE lawyer is willing to help Jake because Jake was arrested at Chuds court hearing and these SPINELESS COWARDS are all to scared to put their name anywhere associated with Chud. Between the INSANE POWER HUNGRY LUNATIC JUDGE, the WEAK PATHETIC lawyers and the EVIL SCUM at the Montgomery county jail, it has been an absolute nightmare. Lord, save us.

Anthony Kim says it’s special to win as a team for the first time and DJ promised he’d buy the 4Aces a private plane soon: “Yeah, it was my first time, obviously, in that situation where we had a chance to win. I think it was the second-to-last hole when DJ and I were playing together, I thought that we were up one, and I had a 10-footer, and it actually meant a little bit more than just moving up the leaderboard a little bit. “To win with these guys is pretty special, and I look forward to doing it a lot more.” “I was straight trash the first year and a half I played. But yeah, I felt my game was getting better, and I think I had a couple different teams I could go to. I didn't think they were the right fit. “I've known DJ for a long time, developed a great relationship with Thomas Pieters and got to play with Tom Detry in Riyadh. I knew it was a good fit. I couldn't be more excited to be on the 4Aces, and for us to pop off a win is nice. “DJ said he was going to get us a private plane soon (smiling).” In his first 3 events since qualifying back to the LIV Golf League via the Promotions Events AK has an individual win and a team win. So does he find it all a bit surreal? “After Adelaide, the first couple days seemed pretty surreal. Obviously we all play to win, right? But now with LIV Golf, there's two elements. You get to win with three other guys that you're battling with. This is pretty special. “Obviously I didn't have my best. DJ didn't have his best this week. But both Thomases played well. This seems more real, right? “But when we're top 4 and we win the team title, that'll be nice. But it's been a great ride. I know if I didn't make that putt, I'm probably not sitting here with these guys. But I put in the work, and I'm going to keep putting in the work.” AK and the 4Aces now head to LIV Golf Singapore for the 2nd event of a 3 week stretch. Anthony Kim 4Aces GC LIV Golf

Mayur Kamat (Mayur Kamat) is CPO at N26, ex-Head of Product at Binance, and built and scaled products at Google (Gmail Mobile, Hangouts), Microsoft, and travel unicorn agoda. Mayur shares endless wild stories and a lot of unconventional product insights I've never heard before. There's something in this conversation for everyone. Some of my biggest takeaways: 1. Binance’s leadership met every single day (often at 11 p.m.) so no decision waited more than 24 hours. Tight feedback loops beat elaborate planning. 2. Founder CZ kept about 55 direct reports so individual contributors were never more than one level away from the CEO. This forced leaders to live in the details and empowered ICs to “own the whole cell.” 3. Mayur literally moved his desk to whichever team had the biggest 10x upside—or downside—at that moment. Apply the same lens: growth and compliance issues usually move the needle fastest in fintech. 4. Treat “strategy” as a hypothesis pipeline: ship small, measure fast, double down on what the data proves. Tools like Statsig, Gemini summaries, and cohort dashboards make this possible at scale. 5. Work at companies that compound learning. High-growth environments (Google in the early mobile era, Agoda’s A/B culture, Binance’s hyperscale, N26’s pan-EU banking) give you daily reps and a powerful alumni network—worth far more than early salary bumps. 6. Optimize for your superpowers, not your gaps. Identify what energizes you—via StrengthsFinder-style assessments or honest reflection—and choose roles where those strengths decide success. Early in your career, ignore compensation differentials that don’t accelerate this fit. 7. Fast, reversible decisions beat “perfect” ones. In most product calls there’s no right vs. wrong—only slow vs. fast. Move quickly, learn, and pivot; reserve heavyweight processes for bets that could kill the company or the user. 8. Fintech creates exceptional PMs. Banking/financial products involve existential tradeoffs daily, requiring exceptional stakeholder management and decision-making skills. 🥚 **Explanation of Chicken Math** 🥚: A warning for future chicken owners (and husbands). I have 9 chickens and 1 rooster. One of my hens hatched 4 more babies on Easter Sunday. Now I have 13 chickens (and a rooster). I should have been good after this, right? Wrong. One of my chickens, “Blue,” was very broody and wanted to hoard eggs so badly. So, I finally decided to give her 3–4 eggs and just see what would happen. I wasn’t even sure if they were fertile. I marked them so we wouldn’t gather them and let her have them. Mind you, they were all laid on the same day. As the weeks passed, she continued to hoard other eggs, many times creating a massive pile for herself and sometimes abandoning the marked eggs altogether for a larger pile. In my head, I thought, “There’s no way those eggs will hatch. She isn’t taking care of them properly.” But behold, on Friday, May 30th, ONE egg hatched. A precious little black baby with white spots was born. The other eggs showed no sign of life. I quickly moved the mom hen to a brooder box with her single baby. I moved her other marked eggs as well but had little faith they would hatch. A day later, none had hatched. Still no sign of life, and she had shoved them into a corner (meaning she was done with them and focusing on her single baby chick). Well, it’s not good for a baby to be alone. Chicks don’t do well without other chicks, so, naturally, I went to my feed store and grabbed two more chicks. They were crested, which means they have Afros. SO CUTE! Now, I have 16 total chickens and 1 rooster. Two days pass. It’s Monday. I forgot to toss the eggs that were abandoned by the mom. I go outside to clean out her brooder box and grab those rotten eggs. But lo! One of the abandoned eggs was hatching! And the baby had clearly been struggling to hatch for a while. The inner lining was very dry. My poor pregnant soul was immediately emotional and had to help this baby live! I assisted with the hatch, knowing that the mom hen would likely reject this baby. Sure enough, the mom rejected her once she was born. I waited for hours to see how the mom hen would react. She wanted nothing to do with her. The baby was small and had signs of dehydration and failure to thrive. But I didn’t want to lose this baby, not if I could do something about it. So, I grabbed her, placed her in a box with a heat lamp, and brought her inside, determined to raise her myself. But HARK! It’s not good for baby chicks to be alone. I called an expert, and the first thing she said was, “You need other babies to be with her; she probably won’t make it by herself.” So, again, I went to my feed store and bought two more crested Afro chicks. Now, I have 19 chickens (and my rooster). And chickens inside my house that I’ll likely still be taking care of even when my own baby is born. This is chicken math. And I don’t know why I do this to myself. In 6 weeks, I gained 10 more chickens. Totally by… accident.

Baking soda—that unassuming white powder tucked away in every kitchen—has quietly earned a reputation as one of the world's most versatile, budget-friendly wellness allies. Far beyond its baking duties, emerging research highlights its potential to support everything from everyday digestive woes to more complex health challenges, all thanks to its knack for balancing the body's pH levels and countering excess acidity. It's no wonder it's a go-to in many households for those post-meal discomforts. Start with the basics: A simple half-teaspoon dissolved in water acts as a gentle antacid, offering quick relief for indigestion, heartburn, and even acid-related issues like ulcers or gout flare-ups. Medical sources like Mayo Clinic back this up, noting how sodium bicarbonate neutralizes stomach acid. It's no wonder it's a go-to in many households for those post-meal discomforts. But the intrigue deepens with inflammation. Animal studies have shown promising results: Baking soda appears to dial down inflammatory markers and ease pain responses, sparking interest in its role for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune disorders. A 2025 review in Technology Networks pointed to how it might tweak immune signaling in macrophages, potentially easing chronic inflammation without the side effects of heavier meds. Human applications are still unfolding, but it's a reminder that simple interventions can sometimes pack a punch. For respiratory bugs, folklore from a century ago—like 1918 flu-era tips—touted alkalinizing with baking soda to shorten symptom duration, with some anecdotal reports of relief in under two days. Modern evidence is lighter here, but its pH-balancing act could support overall immune resilience during cold and flu season, per wellness experts exploring natural adjuncts. In kidney health, the science is more robust. Multiple clinical trials, including a 2024 study in the Clinical Journal of the American Society of Nephrology, demonstrate that oral sodium bicarbonate can slow the progression of chronic kidney disease by correcting metabolic acidosis—potentially preserving function and delaying the need for dialysis. It's a low-cost strategy that's gained traction in nephrology circles. Perhaps the most head-turning angle? Oncology research. Preclinical work, like a 2018 Ludwig Cancer study, suggests baking soda could tweak the acidic tumor microenvironment, making cancer cells more vulnerable to therapies and potentially slowing growth in models. A 2023 Healthline overview echoes this, noting it might enhance chemo's punch by raising pH around tumors—though experts stress it's no standalone cure, just a fascinating complement under medical guidance. Always chat with your doc before experimenting. Athletes, take note: If lactic acid buildup is your workout nemesis, baking soda shines as a natural buffer. Studies in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition show it delays fatigue, letting you push longer at peak effort—think extended sprints or HIIT sessions. That's why it's been outright banned in horse racing (yep, those infamous "milkshakes" for thoroughbreds), as confirmed by racing authorities worldwide—proof of its edge, but a nod to fair play. At its core, all these perks trace back to pH harmony. Excess blood acidity fuels cellular stress and inflammation, but baking soda steps in as a rapid stabilizer—earning it a spot in ERs, ORs, and ICUs for acidosis emergencies. Yet, as Healthline notes, it's often overlooked in routine checkups, despite its safety profile when used mindfully. So next time you reach for that box, remember: It's more than a leavener—it's a quiet powerhouse.

A THREAD 1/2 The secessionist narrative that Somaliland was a state in 1960 is false — the historical record is clear. ———————————————— One of the most widely propagated yet concocted narratives promoted by secessionists in northern Somalia is the claim that two sovereign states— Somalia and Somaliland — were created in 1960, and that one of them was later “lost” or “given away.” This is false. Completely false. The historical record shows—clearly, repeatedly, and contemporaneously—that only one state was intended, negotiated, and established, and that state was the Somali Republic. From Hargeisa to Mogadishu, from London to New York (including the UN), the destination was stated consistently and explicitly: the creation of the Somali Republic on 1 July 1960. More importantly, the people and leaders of northern Somalia were active architects of the Somali Republic. Crucially, they neither intended nor worked toward the creation of a separate Somaliland state— despite the persistent misinformation now circulated by secessionist actors. So pervasive has this disinformation become that, only days ago, even unionist politicians in Mogadishu—some of whom hail from northern regions—repeated this claim as fact. What follows are nine hard proofs, drawn from primary documents and contemporaneous practice, demonstrating that no Somaliland state was created or “lost.” In 1960, everyone in Hargeisa was working toward the creation of one state: the Somali Republic. 1) Colonial labels were not states “British Somaliland,” “Italian Somaliland,” “French Somaliland,” the NFD, and the Ogaden were imperial administrative labels—not sovereign national projects. Across Somali territories in the late 1950s, the dominant political current was pan-Somali nationalism and decolonization, not fragmentation. 2) British Somaliland was a protectorate, not a state Under British law, Somaliland existed through protection treaties with Somali clans (1884–1886). Britain’s legal obligations were therefore to communities, not to a pre-existing sovereign “Somaliland state.” This mattered because protection could end only through a transition agreed by those communities—and that transition was explicitly tied to independence followed by union. 3) Northern Somalis worked toward the Somali Republic—amply documented In April 1960, the elected Legislative Council in Hargeisa—the highest political authority under British rule—passed a resolution calling explicitly for independence and unification with Somalia on 1 July 1960. This is recorded in Hansard. There is no ambiguity. 4) The April 1960 Joint Communiqué removes all doubt Between 16–22 April 1960, senior Somaliland legislators traveled to Mogadishu and issued a Joint Communiqué with their southern counterparts calling for the creation of a republic on 1 July 1960. It states: “The Territories of Somalia and the Somaliland Protectorate shall be united on July 1st, 1960… The new Somali Republic will be a unitary, democratic and parliamentary State.” It further ordered the merger of the two legislatures into one National Assembly, the election of one President, the formation of one government, the designation of Mogadishu as the capital, and the creation of one national army. This is not the language of two states; it is the blueprint of one republic. 5) London understood the objective was union, not separation In the UK Parliament, the Prime Minister and the Colonial Secretary stated plainly that independence would be granted to the protected tribes of northern Somalia so that union could lawfully take place, acting on the “declared wishes” of Somaliland’s elected leaders. Somaliland’s “independence” was a legal bridge—not the destination. 6) Contemporary media reported union On 6 May 1960, The New York Times reported that Britain would grant independence to Somaliland “so that it could unite with Somalia.” No contemporary account described this as the birth of a separate enduring state.

When medics become targets: Ukrainian strikes on Russian rescue workers and the silence of western media Since Russia began its SMO in 2022, Western media have repeatedly accused Russia of an “unprovoked invasion” and of “war crimes”. Honest observers, however, state that Russia has acted with considerable restraint in Ukraine—targeting military and logistics sites, not civilians—and remind of Ukraine's eight years of warring on the civilians in the Donbass prior to the commencement of the SMO in 2022. Further, they emphasize that once again, in December 2021, Russia made clear its concerns in hopes of a diplomatic solution. These were, again, steadily ignored by Western governments and media. Likewise ignored is Ukraine's deliberate, shelling and drone striking of medical and rescue personnel. Under international law, medical and rescue personnel and their vehicles are protected and must not be targeted. Ukraine and its ally Israel are guilty of routinely, deliberately, targeting medics and other rescuers, maiming and killing them. These are war crimes, but the West remains mute, instead concocting stories of “Russian war crimes” in the face of Ukraine's very real ones. In September 2019, when I first visited the Donbass, in a village in the Gorlovka region I met an elderly resident of living alone in a home falling apart from previous Ukrainian shelling. During our conversation she said that ambulances wouldn't be able to reach her if she was injured by the shelling, it would be too dangerous for them to try. I was likewise told by Zaitsevo administration that ambulances could not reach the villagers. “The paramedics don’t go farther than this building; it’s too dangerous. If somebody needs medical care near the front lines, someone has to go in their own car and take them to a point where medics can then take them to Gorlovka. The soldiers also help civilians who are injured. A woman died due to huge blood loss because no one could reach her house to take her away in time. She was injured in the shelling and bled to death.” This is one sordid reality for civilians living in villages heavily bombarded by Ukraine. But the medics heroically do go to potentially dangerous areas to rescue civilians, and they have for years been deliberated targeted by Ukrainian forces when doing so. In 2022, I interviewed numerous medics and Emergency Services workers in Donetsk regions, and subsequently made a short video about Ukraine's deliberate targeting of rescue personnel. Speaking with Emergency Services in Donetsk's Kievsky district, for the two hours I was there we came under heavy Ukrainian shelling. The windows of the building had already been blown out and were sand-bagged to attempt to protect the workers. The Chief of the centre, Andrey Levchenko, told me how five days prior his office had been impacted with shrapnel from the shelling. He thankfully had just stepped of his office before the blast and was not injured or killed. The day prior to my visit, when out on a call to rescue civilians trapped in a building set ablaze by Ukrainian shelling, rescuers were shelled, resulting in one of them being hospitalized in critical condition. The survivors told me that, prior to the shelling, they saw a drone overhead, which makes it credible to believe that Ukraine deliberately targeted the rescuers. Levchenko told me that Ukraine routinely double and triple strikes rescuers. “As soon as we go out to help people the shelling resumes.” The double or triple strike tactic often means that rescuers who have come to help those injured in the first strike are then themselves targeted, depriving civilians in need of urgent medical assistance as a result. I also spoke with Sergei Neka, Director of the Department of Fire and Rescue Forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He reiterated what I'd been told. “Our units arrive at the scene of the accident and Ukraine begins to shell it. A lot of equipment has been damaged and destroyed.” Two female medics I interviewed told me coming under repeated Ukrainian shelling is normal. They spoke of their fear, bu said, “How about the patients? They're hurt and even more scared, they're waiting for our help. If I don't help, who will help if everyone runs away?” By September 2022, Ukrainian forces targeted and killed 19 Donbass rescuers, injuring over 50 more. Ukraine continues killing medics Fast forward to the present. Following are just some of Ukraine's more recent attacks on medics and other rescue workers. On August 11, a Ukrainian drone targeted an ambulance in Gorlovka, killing two medics and seriously injuring the driver. In May, a Ukrainian drone strike killed two Emergency workers who had come to the site of a first drone strike in Lugansk. In an Israeli-style second strike, Ukraine targeted the rescuers deliberately after the arrived at the scene. In March, Russian Emergencies Ministry employees came to extinguish a car on fire following a Ukrainian drone strike in Gorlovka. A Ukrainian drone targeted them, injuring the deputy head of the firefighting service and damaging a fire truck. There are tragically many more such instances which I could list. However, the point is that it is beyond clear that Ukraine's shelling and drone targeting of Russian medics, firefighters and other rescuers has been a deliberate policy since before 2022. It is also clear that Western concern for medics allegedly targeted elsewhere (think the fake rescuers of the al-Qaeda aligned White Helmets in Syria during the global war on Syria) will never extend to any concern for Russian rescuers actually targeted by Ukraine.

TOPIC #118: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO GCV AMBASSADORS AND SPECIAL ENVOYS Conclusion of the Pioneer’s Handbook ( updater version) 2025 marks an extraordinary and historic moment in our shared journey for Pi Network and Global GCV Movement. They finally "married " together. From this moment forward, we officially enter a new chapter that I proudly name: The GCV Economy Era With this milestone, the Pioneer’s Handbook reaches its conclusion. This is my 118th article. In Chinese culture, 118 symbolizes prosperity and good fortune—a perfect symbol for closing one historic chapter and opening another. These final words are dedicated to all pioneers, merchants, ambassadors, envoys, and warriors whose unity, discipline, and perseverance made the GCV dream a reality. --- 1. The Origin of GCV — A Seed Planted in China The GCV Movement began in China, nurtured by pioneers with vision, courage, and deep study. In February 2022, Mr. Rong Zhang Bao launched the Pi Network International Seminar, calling pioneers to study Pi deeply, understand its mission, and define its economic value. After months of collective research and surveys, Chinese pioneers established the foundational consensus value: $314,159. In May 2022, Mr. Bao Rong Zhang and I, together with Nigerian pioneer Mr. Woody, launched three international Twitter Space conferences. Mr. Woody's influence helped introduce GCV to tens of thousands of pioneers worldwide, marking the true beginning of GCV's international journey. I would like to acknowledge Mr. Rong Zhang Bao, former community leader in China, as the founder of GCV, Mr. Woody Lightyear, former community leader in Nigeria, as a key supporter of GCV at early stage Their contributions during the early stages of GCV in 2022 were essential. The early path, however, was not easy. GCV faced misunderstandings, attacks, misinformation, and division. My speeches were removed from groups. Leaders became confused or misled. Some pioneers, lacking education, turned toward black markets. At that point, I made a deliberate decision: I stepped back from global expansion and devoted one full year exclusively to the China community. During that year, Chinese merchants contributed nearly USD 10 million worth of products through GCV barter. However, because pioneers had no Pi available in their wallets, many transactions relied on contracts without Pi or fiat settlement. This created no usable GCV data, and eventually many merchants—unable to sustain operations—left the movement. From this experience, one truth became clear: > Sustainability is essential. Passion alone is not enough. We must be rational, prepared, and educated. To succeed, we must: Use partial Pi + partial fiat Build education before expansion Protect merchants as carefully as pioneers If pioneers only demand from merchants, the economy cannot survive. If merchants collapse, GCV collapses. This realization is why I began writing the Pioneer’s Handbook—to align pioneers and merchants under one sustainable economic vision. --- 2. Expanding Beyond Borders — The Global Rise of GCV By 2023, it became clear that China alone could not generate sufficient global GCV data. GCV had to rise worldwide. One by one, visionary leaders emerged: Ms. Lumari Ms. Nonny Mr. JoJo Mr. M. Rad Mr. Olivier Mr. Iyanda Mr. Patrick Mr. Jason …and many others. Strong movements followed across the Philippines, Indonesia, Africa, the Arab Region, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Vietnam, Thailand, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, South Korea, and throughout Africa and the Middle East. Many pioneers who doubted GCV did so not out of malice—but from lack of study or misunderstanding of economic authority. Let it be clear: PCT manages technology Pioneers manage the economy GCV is our responsibility and our consensus authority Those who studied deeply developed 100% trust and confidence. --- 3. Deep Gratitude to the International GCV Leadership Although it is impossible to name everyone, the following leaders played defining roles in shaping global GCV success. Ch. 14 of NITRO: The Inside Story of Hulk Hogan's heel turn - #OTD 30 Years Ago (7/7/96)! AS DAY BECAME NIGHT at the Sullivan home, Bollea deliberated his participation in the pay-per-view. “Everybody was telling him that it was the wrong thing to do,” Kevin Sullivan says. “He was getting booed out of the arena, but they were all saying, ‘this is gonna kill him’.” With no end to the discussion in sight, the wily booker casually suggested that Bollea and Young make use of his two guest rooms until the morning. “I isolated [them],” Sullivan admits. “I was just afraid that at the last minute, he was going to use his creative control [clause] and pull out.” If Sullivan could deliver Bollea to the arena by showtime, the finish of the match called for Hogan to star in the most dramatic of surprise endings. In a sequence devised by Kevin Nash, an unannounced Hulkster would shockingly interfere in the match, but only after the heels gained an unfair advantage through cheating. It would be a brilliant misdirection, Nash thought, as fans would instinctively believe Hogan’s appearance to be in support of the babyface team. “I knew there were gonna be 55 different ideas,” Nash says, thinking back to the eve of the event, “[so] I actually put a lot of thought into it. I called Scott [Hall] two or three days before that, and said ‘what do you think about this?’ “We had to make it a 2-on-2 match with Lex Luger getting injured [during the match] and going out. We would cheat to get Macho [Man] in trouble and all of a sudden Hulk comes down, which of course would mean ‘ok, here comes Hulk to make the save’. [Hall] said, ‘I love it’.” There was, however, the looming possibility that Bollea could reject his turn at the eleventh hour. Thinking ahead, Eric Bischoff developed a contingency plan in which Sting would play the role, ultimately revealing himself - despite not having prior experience with the WWF - as the ‘third man’ instead. “I remember Eric came in to the locker room,” recalls Marcus 'Buff' Bagwell, “and said [to Sting], ‘I wanna talk to you about something’. I could hear them going over the idea, and then when they got done, Sting told me what they were talking about. He said that [Eric said], ‘there are only two guys that could turn heel where it would really matter’. That would be Hogan and Sting.” “He was offering Sting the job first, [as I recall], and Sting didn’t wanna do it. He didn’t really say it wouldn’t work, but he just said, ‘it doesn’t intrigue me. I don’t wanna do it’.” According to Andre Freitas, a special effects artist who worked in costume design and character development for WCW, the proposed Sting swerve was to involve the use of a doppelganger - or ‘phony’ Sting - presumably in an effort to fool fans that the real character had switched sides. “That was their original plan,” says Freitas. “Eric showed me a picture of Jeff Farmer (a lower-card wrestler) and said ‘can you make him Sting?’ I told him that they have similar bodies...then we looked at Sting’s hair and Jeff’s hair...and talked about all that stuff. I did a head cast for [Farmer] and some prosthetic and test make-ups. But when they secured Hogan, we didn’t do [the angle].” ----------- Amazingly, even as Bash at the Beach began, Bischoff continued to consider Plan B. “I remember walking by this perforated wall in the Ocean Center,” divulges Nash, “and Eric said to me, ‘Hulk is with Sullivan, and he’s not sure he’s gonna do it yet’. It was up in the air.” Meanwhile, viewers of the pay-per-view - and, for that matter, WCW’s own production staff - speculated as to the identity of the third man. “They were trying to ‘work’ everyone,” asserts Jason Douglas, a WCW producer backstage at his first pay-per-view event. “‘Rocket’ (staff member Rick Sancher) came up to me - they were kinda testing me because I was new on the road - and said ‘hey, I think it’s gonna be [WWF wrestler] Bret Hart’. I guess it was to see if I would leak something, and so I was just like ‘oh, cool, Bret Hart’.” In reality, aside from Bischoff, Bollea, Young, Hall, Nash and Sullivan, the turn would be concealed from everyone - even the announcers, according to orders from Bischoff - as to ensure their most realistic reactions. With less than an hour before the main event began, production staffer Woody Kearce discovered a revealing clue in the parking lot. A Hulk Hogan motorcycle had appeared mysteriously in one of the spaces, sparking another round of backstage conjecture. Finally, with what Sullivan recalls as “thirty minutes” and Bischoff remembers as “forty-five to sixty minutes” left on the air, Bollea belatedly arrived at the Ocean Center. The mood suddenly changed. Upon realizing that his star had been convinced, Bischoff began to relax. “Once he got to the building, I recall a sense of calm,” he reveals. “All of the anxiety, all of the tension, all of the worry, all of the effort to make sure things stayed quiet...all of that just kind of dissipated. It was like fog lifting when the sun comes out - it all just went away. I was thinking, ‘it is what it is, there’s nothing more I can do...so let’s just roll with it’.” To cement the turn, Bollea knew, he would have to deliver a monumental post-match promo to explain his actions. While typically, he enjoyed using Bischoff as a sounding board to rehearse interviews, the need for complete privacy - on this occasion - was unquestionably paramount. And so, away from prying eyes - and ears - the two met up in the most unglamorous of clandestine locations - a utility closet. In the midst of the run-through, Bischoff stopped to emphasize an important point: When you grab that microphone, I want you to say...‘this is the beginning of the new...world...order’. The phrase - ‘new world order’ - lingered auspiciously in the air. Bischoff surprised himself with the utterance, realizing slowly that the term encapsulated everything that the invasion storyline could represent. In 1990, then-president George H.W. Bush famously utilized the same expression in a speech to Congress, although its origin could actually be traced back to the 28th President, Woodrow Wilson. But if Bischoff was unsure as to the source of his spontaneous inspiration, perhaps the answer could be found closer to home - on the preceding Nitro, just six days earlier, announcer Larry Zybysko serendipitously made the following proclamation: “This Sunday, I promise you, there will be a new world order of wrestling…” Fans at the Ocean Center waited anxiously to see if Zybysko’s prophecy would materialize; for after all the hoopla, it was suddenly time for the main event. Before the opening bell, the audience was already on its feet for ring announcer@Michael_Buffer’s pre-match introductions. As Hall and Nash sauntered to the ring for The Hostile Takeover match, Buffer set the scene with theatrical aplomb: “Ladies and gentleman, at this time, let me introduce the men whose plan and goal is to takeover the WCW with force and hostility. We were told there would be three of these interlopers, and I must apologize as I have been informed - as you can see - there are only two. Ladies and gentleman, introducing...the Outsiiiiiders!” In a moment that played off perfectly on television, Sting’s entrance music began - and quickly ended - as ‘Mean Gene’ Okerlund traipsed cautiously into the ring. After exchanging quizzical looks with Buffer and referee Randy Anderson, Okerlund confronted the Outsiders to get some answers, an inspired plot device designed to build the tension even further. “Gentleman,” began Okerlund, “if I could have your attention...I don’t have police protection with me at this time, but I wanna confront you in front of this full house here at the Ocean Center, and millions of others watching across the country and around the world. I don’t see three men here tonight. Where is your partner?” Responding in a manner consistent with their WWF characters, Hall and Nash assured Okerlund that the third man was present - and ready. “Let me tell you something,” announced a confident Nash, “we got enough to handle it right now, right here.” Once more, Sting’s entrance music blared from the arena speakers, this time preceding the man himself, accompanied by Luger and Savage. “Here we go!” screamed color commentator Bobby Heenan as the wrestlers passed an unusually large contingent of security personnel on the entrance way. “The war is on!” Less than two minutes into the bout, Luger collapsed to the outside, a move in accordance with Nash’s plan to even the sides before the climactic reveal. “Now it’s two against two!” yelled Heenan. After a brief delay, the concerned crowd looked on as Luger left the arena on a stretcher, leaving Sting and Savage alone to fight valiantly for WCW. As the match progressed, the contemptible Outsiders used every trick to stall their opponent’s momentum, until a revitalized Savage began a furious rally at the fifteen-and-a-half minute mark. The invaders were suddenly down, but not out - as with the referee distracted, Nash landed a low-blow to bring the Macho Man to his knees. All four men lay on the canvas, exhausted, as referee Anderson started a ten count. As Anderson yelled ‘ONE’, several rows of spectators rose to their feet. Within seconds, the reaction diffused from section to section, the noise level increasing with each passing beat. On the live broadcast, viewers at home caught glimpse of a familiar figure making his way down the ramp. “Hulkamania!” screamed Dusty Rhodes on commentary while Hogan walked methodically towards the ring. Noticeably, the Hulkster seemed oddly disaffected - even out-of-character - but after exchanging the briefest of glances with the crowd, he continued stride with the din reaching fever pitch. “Whose side is he on?” bellowed Heenan, a question that seemed inexplicable given the history of Hogan’s on-screen persona. “Whose side is he on?” repeated Heenan, who as longtime fans could recall, had opposed Hogan for years as a manager in the WWF. For that reason, the comment flew over the heads of most (but not all) viewers; meanwhile, the live crowd was cheering as if their team had won the World Series. Nash and Hall retreated to the floor as Hogan tore off his shirt, an apparent signal that the archetypal good guy was here to save the day again. “Who’s bad now boys?” taunted play-by-play man Tony Schiavone on commentary, confident that WCW’s honor was no longer in jeopardy. Savage lay prone on the mat as Hogan surveyed the scene. Above the cheapest of cheap seats, peeking through a curtain with palpable anticipation, was Eric Bischoff. “I knew that something big was about to happen,” he recalls. “It was either gonna be a big failure, or a big success.” Seemingly out of nowhere, with his unsuspecting devotees enveloped in celebration, Hulk backed up to the corner. With the coldness of a serial killer, the once-honorable hero shockingly shoved referee Anderson, and executed his patented finishing move - the leg drop - to the helpless Macho Man below. The audience became completely, utterly unglued. “I was standing back with the announcers,” remembers Michelle Baines, newly hired as a production assistant. “One of the producers turned to me and said, ‘you need to go to the back’. “‘I said, ‘what do you mean?’ “She said, ‘it’s gonna get ugly real quick’.” “She was right - the crowd turned ugly quick.” In retrospect, it was clear that even as Hogan’s body approached the canvas - contact with Savage just milliseconds away - the gravity of the assault started to hit home. “What has he done?” questioned a crestfallen Rhodes, “is he the third man? What the hell is going on here?” Heenan was even more direct - “Hulk Hogan has betrayed WCW! He is the third man in this picture!” A breathless Schiavone could barely muster more than three words: Oh My God, he repeated. Oh My God, he continued, as Hogan high-fived a grinning Hall and Nash. The courageous Sting, stumbling to his feet to stop the injustice, was quickly dispatched, and in the coup de grace, Hogan tossed Anderson to the floor. Sardonically, he covered Savage for the pin, the contest now clearly a farce. “I hope you love it,” a disappointed Rhodes wailed on commentary. “You just sold your soul to the devil.” The third man was a mystery no more, and Hall, Nash, and Hogan raised their hands in victory to a genuinely astonished audience. The immediate outrage, which first gave way to shock, was now inspiring unmitigated rage. Simultaneously, the evil trio continued to taunt, pose, and antagonize while the announcers lamented WCW’s future. As Sting and Savage hobbled back to the locker room, a visibly distraught Okerlund returned to conduct an explanatory interview, based around the one Hogan and Bischoff had mapped out earlier. “Mean Gene,” commanded Hogan, “the first thing you need to do is to tell these people to shut up if you wanna hear what I gotta say.” For the next four minutes, Hogan rationalized his turn with remarkable clarity. “The first thing you gotta realize, brother, is this right here is the future of wrestling. You can call this the new...world...order of wrestling. These two men right here came from a great big organization up north, and everybody was wondering who the third man was. Well, who knows more about that organization than me, brother? I made that organization a monster. I made people rich up there. I made the people that ran that organization rich up there. And when it all came to pass, the name Hulk Hogan, the man Hulk Hogan, got bigger than the whole organization!” Bischoff watched from his secretive seat in amazement - he had not seen, nor had anyone, this intensity of emotion on display at a wrestling show before. It was almost as if the assembled masses had lost themselves in the performance, perhaps even forgetting, if only for a moment, that they were witnesses to a pre-determined event. Hogan’s actions had ostensibly interrupted their critical faculties; in other words, they had suspended their disbelief by reacting to the incident as if it were real. Moreover, the shock was manifesting in the most volatile ways imaginable, as in an incident edited out of future showings of the pay-per-view, a rather large man, likely intoxicated, ran into the ring before being knocked down by Hall and Nash. Concurrently, a stream of debris rained down from the stands, with one object hitting Okerlund, and the rest filling the ring in a stunningly unique visual. Hogan continued as the trash piled up around him, even referencing Ted Turner in his diatribe: “Billionaire Ted promised me movies brother. Billionaire Ted promised me millions of dollars. And Billionaire Ted promised me world caliber matches. And as far as Billionaire Ted, Eric Bischoff, and the entire WCW goes, I’m bored brother! That’s why I want these two guys here, these so-called Outsiders. These are the men I want as my friends. They are the new blood of professional wrestling, and not only are we going to take over the whole wrestling business...with Hulk Hogan, the new blood and the monsters with me, we will destroy everything in our path, Mean Gene.” “Look at all the crap in this ring,” responded Okerlund. “This is what’s in the future for you if you want to hang around the likes of this man Hall, and this man Nash.” Hogan raised his finger as if to stop the interviewer midstream, the perfect line instantly coming to mind. “As far as I’m concerned, all this crap in the ring represents these fans out here,” he boomed defiantly. “For two years, I held my head high,” ranted Hogan, alluding to his rather uninspired WCW tenure. “I did everything for the charities. I did everything for the kids. And the reception I got when I came out here, you fans can stick it brother! Because if it wasn’t for Hulk Hogan, you people wouldn’t be here. If it wasn’t for Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff would still be selling meat from a truck in Minneapolis. And if it wasn’t for Hulk Hogan, all of these ‘Johnny come latelys’ that you see out here wrestling wouldn’t be here. I was selling the world out, brother, while they were bumming gas to put in their car to get to high school!” In closing, Hogan foreshadowed the future state of affairs in WCW with a prophetic preview of coming storylines: “With Hulk Hogan and the new world organization of wrestling, brother...me and the new blood by my side...whatcha gonna do when the new world organization runs wild on you? Whatcha gonna do? What are you gonna do??” Despite mistakenly bungling the ‘new world order’ phrase at the conclusion of his speech, Hogan still provided the perfect punctuation to a sensational heel turn. His promo, inarguably the most dynamic of his career, came across as strikingly authentic (“it felt real, because it was real’,” offered a proud Eric Bischoff upon reflection years later). On commentary, Schiavone - who most inspiredly suggested that Hogan had planned to double-cross WCW all along, since his debut in 1994 no less - added to the realism with some mournful final comments: “We have seen the end of Hulkamania,” he grieved. “Hulk Hogan, you can go to hell! We’re outta here. Straight to hell.” ---- To the layman, there appeared an obvious explanation for the feverous crowd response that accompanied Hogan’s turn. Clearly, the element of surprise - one of the key elements of Nitro’s success - had been exploited to a masterful degree (“nobody on earth thought that the third man was going to be Hulk Hogan,” highlights Nash). To Kevin Sullivan, however, there were several layers of story at play. “People thought that it was an invasion from the WWF,” he begins, implying that the success of the angle could be correlated to its realism. “They really bought into it, and when Hogan turned heel...they were sure of it. “So while Hogan gets the credit for the reaction, it was [Nash and Hall] who set the whole thing up. Those guys built the foundation of heat, and when Hogan came down, it just blew up.” “We were red hot coming off WWF television,” agrees Nash, “and then you had the biggest turn in the world on top of that. The biggest babyface of all-time finally turned heel!” To the ever-meticulous Sullivan, always a keen observer of the nuances present in a wrestling angle, an often overlooked element was also noteworthy. “He did it to Randy [Savage],” the booker emphasizes, speaking of Hogan’s betrayal. “People knew there was real-life heat there. That helped out too, but everyone played an intricate part. “Lightning...you can’t catch it in a bottle but one time.” The above is an excerpt from the book, NITRO: The Incredible Rise and Inevitable Collapse of Ted Turner's WCW. "We have sequencing from a colon [tumor] biopsy from a patient who was 4 times vaccinated...we can find [DNA] plasmids in there a hundred copies per cell. They're not exactly the same as Pfizer's, which is a real head-scratcher, but they're in there." Kevin McKernan (Kevin McKernan), Chief Scientific Officer and Founder of Medicinal Genomics, as well as former R&D lead of the Human Genome Project, describes for Nick Jikomes (Nick Jikomes) how he and his colleagues have sequenced a colon tumor biopsy from a person who took four COVID injections and have found DNA plasmids—almost certainly from Pfizer's COVID-injection manufacturing process—at a ratio of 100 per cell. McKernan notes that the plasmids, however, are "not exactly the same as Pfizer's," which "is a real head-scratcher." "We haven't published the work yet, but we have sequencing from a colon biopsy from a patient who was 4 times vaccinated. A year after vaccination, they had a colon cancer. They biopsied it that day, and then 30 days later, they died, and then they biopsied after, and we have sequencing on both the pre-mortem and post-mortem samples," McKernan says. The scientist and entrepreneur, often cited as the first person to find DNA contamination in the mRNA COVID injections, adds, "we can find plasmids in there a hundred copies per cell. They're not exactly the same as Pfizer's, which is a real head-scratcher, but they're in there." "There's two of them," McKernan says of the plasmids. "And one encodes spike and one encodes nucleocapsid. We don't know where the hell the nucleocapsid one's coming from." (For reference, a nucleocapsid of a virus is the protein shell or capsid that encloses the nucleic acid—DNA or RNA—content, providing protection and structure to the viral genome.) When asked why the plasmids wouldn't exactly match those used in Pfizer's mRNA-injection manufacturing process, McKernan speculates: "Do they have more than one [DNA plasmid] in circulation? Like, BioNTech got a different manufacturing plasmid than the manufacturing plant out here in the US because they're making these in two different locations? It's possible. Is there contamination in their laboratory, in the manufacturing of this, they get the wrong plasmid in their E. coli vat, and suddenly they've got a different background there?" "And we've gotta do everything on our end to make sure we didn't introduce it, which we're doing. We're running all types of experiments to show that there's spike expression going on. But there's any number of reasons that could explain this," McKernan adds. Note that DNA plasmids—small, circular, double-stranded DNA molecules capable of replicating independently within a bacterial cell—were understood to be used in the manufacturing of the mRNA injections, but should've been removed below a certain threshold established by regulatory authorities such as the FDA. (The DNA contamination may be present in vials at 1,000 times higher than allowable according to one article published by the Brownstone Institute covering this issue. Article title: "The Vax-Gene Files: An Accidental Discovery") "We've got a case now that we're zeroing in on that looked like the SV40 poly-A signal, which is a termination signal. It's a transcription termination signal. We've got a piece of that integrating into chromosome 21, and it's breaking a gene that's involved in cancer. So, that one looks really interesting," McKernan tells Jikomes. "That could be maybe the driver of this whole thing. But the program spits out a long list of potential integrations that we have to go through and verify which ones are real and which ones are artifacts and all that. So I don't wanna get ahead of ourselves on that. That hasn't been Sanger verified yet." (For reference, Sanger sequencing is a method used to determine the precise order of nucleotides in a DNA molecule; the SV40 promoter is a strong regulatory region from the Simian Virus 40 that drives high levels of gene expression in mammalian cells when used in genetic constructs; a poly-A signal is a sequence in DNA or RNA that signals the end of a gene, prompting the addition of a polyadenine tail to the mRNA during processing, which stabilizes the mRNA and aids in its export from the nucleus.) "But the copy number alone suggests that these things aren't fully fragmented. Right? These plasmids really shouldn't be replicating to a hundred copies per cell," McKernan adds. "They couldn't, they shouldn't be in there at that level, because if you just do the math on how much is in the vaccine, when you do an injection of this, this person has four vaccines...1.2 ml of Pfizer...went into about 87,000 mls [of] body volume. So you should have a massive dilution into your body. Yet when we're sequencing this and doing qPCR off the tumor, the CTs coming back off the tumor are almost as high as they are straight out of the vial." (For reference, qPCR—or quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction—is a technique used to amplify and simultaneously quantify a targeted DNA molecule. "CTs" is a reference to cycle threshold; PCR cycle threshold is the number of cycles at which the fluorescence signal from the reaction exceeds the background level, indicating that the target DNA amplification has occurred.) McKernan goes on to say: "And even if it were an integration event [that is, the DNA plasmid integrated into the genome]...I think there could be two things going on here: There could be plasmids replicating episomally [in the cell] and there could be parts of them integrated. But if it were purely integrated and the plasmid was gone, we would not expect to see the copy number of what integrated to be higher than the copy number of the genome. Right? You'd get one integration into one chromosome probably. So it would be half the signal of what you get amplifying a human house gene like RNAP, which is what we use. You would get a similar CT if it integrated. Because if it were a driver mutation, the cells would take off, and it would maybe have one copy of that mutation with it. And as a tumor advanced, you would probably you expect to see a CT score in PCR for that region that was similar to the actual genome background. But we're not seeing that. We're seeing CTs that are that are way ahead. If it's a hundred fold up there, it's around six to seven CTs ahead of the RNAP gene, which is the human gene. And then when we do sequencing, we see the same thing. "The coverage of sequencing is like 100 to 200X in the plasmids [vs.] 1X of the human genome. So they're in this tumor at really high levels. And that tells us that it has to be replicating. And this was a formalin fixed tissue. So it's not like we could sprinkle plasmids on it from our laboratory to contaminate that and have them be translationally active. Formalin is like this process when you take a tissue and you Formalin fix it. It's like...carbon freezing Han Solo. Alright? So you can't add plasmids after the fact and get it to replicate on cells, and you can't add plasmids on the fact afterwards and get it to integrate. Like those things can only occur if the cells are live. So we're pretty certain we've ruled out that, alright, this isn't coming from us. The anti-vaxxers aren't pouring plasmids on this to create a story. "This has certain biological signals that show this was present in the patient when they were alive. We don't know the source of it. They were four times vaccinated, and one of the vaccines that they used was one of the earliest vaccines from December 30th 2020."
