Police refused to take the complaint of the woman who faced violence and abuse and instead lodged an FIR against her on the complaint of the abusive and violent woman. Women centric Gender Biased Laws are not there to protect and give justice to women but exist only to support and protect the criminal women. These Laws do not only discriminate between a Man and a Woman but also amongst women.
