Not to mention massively valuable, hacking the un-mined Bitcoin encryption codes including those of Satoshi Nakamoto could be worth hundreds of billions within 24 hours before Bitcoin collapses to zero in its entirety.

the headline is clickbait. Nobody can hack Bitcoin today. It would take roughly 500,000 quantum bits and Google's chip has 105. His scary numbers (cracked in 9 minutes, 6.9 million Bitcoin exposed) come from a Google paper in March, not this week's news.
