Two Muslims have died in a crash at Klagon Curve while returning from Eid prayers. Reports say the rider missed the curve, veered into the opposite lane, and collided with a trotro. He died on the spot, drawing a crowd to the scene.

Six people have been confirmed dead and seven others injured following a multi-vehicle head-on collision involving a Tahmeed passenger bus and two lorries on the Nairobi-Mombasa Highway. The tragic accident occurred at around 1 :50 a.m. near Kapiti Plains between the Machakos Junction and Kathumani Junction. According to police, a lorry heading toward Nairobi collided with another lorry, causing it to veer into the opposite lane and crash head-on into the oncoming bus. Both drivers and four bus passengers died at the scene. The injured survivors have been rushed to Machakos Level 5 Hospital
