California Governor Gavin Newsom is refusing to release data on how much it’s costing taxpayers to pay for security for Kamala Harris so she can travel and do her “book tour” Dozens of California Highway Patrol officers have been assigned to Kamala Harris' book tour since August “We submitted two California Public Records Act requests. So on March 4th, we filed one with the governor's office. We asked specifically for documents and information related to just the cost, the numbers for the security arrangement — We also requested budget documents. A couple of weeks later, the Governor's legal unit replied that the governor's office is not the custodian of records. For this request, please contact the Highway patrol. We actually did contact the Highway Patrol that same day on March 4th. I submitted the request through their public records portal. I asked specifically for the salaries or hourly rates and overtime pay for the officers assigned to Harris between August of last year and April of this year. I also asked for receipts or evidence showing the total amount paid for flights, hotels, meals, and other travel expenses. I’m suing the Village of Holly for violating Michigan law over public records requests. Their response? They released a PR statement about me. They told the public that “the Village has experienced an unusually high volume of duplicative, excessively broad, and repetitive FOIA requests.” Yesterday the Clerk said in all of December and all of January the Village received 14 requests - that’s less than 2 a week. Would you consider this an “unusually high volume,” of requests? They really thought they helped their case. Holly, just learn how to follow the law. It really is that simple. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Fulton County's own records include 22,534 more ballots cast than voters crediting with casting a ballot. Almost DOUBLE Biden's margin of "victory" in the 2020 Election of 11,779 votes. The state's own records show 148,319 absentee ballots were counted for the 2020 general election, but only 125,784 were recorded as casting a ballot. This leaves 22,534 more ballots counted than voters given credit for voting. Biden's margin of victory was only 11,779 votes. On top of this, THOUSANDS of BALLOTS unique to November 3rd and the recount were found to be off with completely different counts. The ballots counted for the original Nov. 3rd 2020 Election, should match almost perfectly with the ballots counted for the Recount as the same paper ballots are being scanned and counted by the same machines, however, THOUSANDS of ballots are unique to each, which is NOT possible by natural means or mistake.

The records reveal texts, emails and correspondence between the Governor’s office, Harry Sisson and Palette Media. We already know Harry is being paid. This was proven repeatedly by myself and MULTIPLE others, I didn't aim to keep rehashing the worn-out issue of Harry's compensation. The records I obtained don’t just prove he was paid, but that his “interviews” are not organic. He is a used, coached puppet by the left with little to zero original thought. Every question is scripted, coached and timed. And when Sisson wanted to ask his own questions, he had to receive approval from Shapiro’s staff. This reveal was received with outrage from the left and right alike. As you can see in a video screen of Harry’s live, he desperately attempted to discredit my report. He stated that he was never coached and that it was all a conspiracy theory. Even though my records came straight from the office of Shapiro. My records also revealed that there are serious legal implications to how Sisson and many other influencers are operating. The courts have upheld disclosure laws over and over again. With the general consensus being that “disclaimers provide critical information about advertising sources so that the electorate can more effectively judge the arguments they hear” (FEC website). Breaking News.🚨 Fulton County Superior Court has issued a default judgment against District Attorney Fani Willis for refusing to turn over records that could document her collusion with the J6 committee and Special Counsel Jack Smith. The court order states: "By finding the Defendant in default, the Court has effectively declared that she violated the ORA [Open Records Act]. The Court further ORDERS the Defendant to conduct a thorough search of her records for responsive materials within five business days of this Order's entry." "Within the same five-day period, the Defendant is ORDERED to provide the Plaintiff with copies of all responsive records that are not legally exempt or excepted from disclosure. If the Defendant must or chooses to withhold any portion of a requested record, she is instructed to adhere to the procedures outlined in the ORA." However, the Fulton County D.A. claims that such records don't exist, potentially putting her at legal risk of perjury and obstruction of justice. The court makes it clear that it has substantive reason to believe Willis is withholding records: "Defendant is further ORDERED to provide an explanation why such correspondence does not exist in Defendant’s records (or why it is being withheld)." However, if Willis does turn over the records, it could provide proof of a criminal conspiracy. Oh, the irony.

Prof. Adam Myers at Providence College wants to limit the number of citizens' public records requests bc "a small number of people in this state...make public records requests of state agencies multiple times on a weekly basis" and that is "abuse." That's me, Adam. "Multiple times on a weekly basis" I certainly do request public info bc RI refuses to be transparent abt the work I pay them to do. Utilizing my civil right is not "abuse." Limiting access is. AGENCIES abuse APRA to hide info & target citizens. You're a political science professor - you know this. Post public info and I won't have to keep asking for it.

Maricopa County Election Bombshell Merissa Hamilton says records reveal county officials worked with CISA to abuse election security funds - running surveillance operations on election integrity advocates. Over 27,000 pages of records show county resources were even used against Kari Lake in her defamation case. Hamilton warns reconciliation reports from 2022 “do not match up” and calls that election stolen. She now suspects officials are hiding or deleting records and is urging U.S. Department of Justice action to demand preservation. “The public must hold our elected officials accountable. We have a republic if we can keep it.”
