Every Wall Street giant that owns an AI data center is suddenly looking for a buyer. And NONE of them want to be the last one holding it. Three of them made their move in the last two weeks: Vantage Data Centers is exploring an exit. Its owners, Silver Lake and DigitalBridge, are weighing a listing at around $100 billion, or a sale, or a stake sale. It would be the largest data center IPO ever done. Three days earlier, CyrusOne started the same process. KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners met Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, and the banks pitched for roles on a listing that could come as early as 2027. Last month, Switch hired Goldman and JPMorgan to take it public at close to $80 billion including debt, possibly by the fourth quarter. Three different companies moved inside the same 14 days, and the same handful of investment banks took every call. And these are the exact same firms that BOUGHT these companies off the public market four years ago. Between June 2021 and early 2022, private equity took the data center industry private. Blackstone bought QTS. KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners took CyrusOne private in a deal worth about $15 billion. DigitalBridge and IFM took Switch private for about $11 billion. Together those deals ran past $35 billion. By 2023 there were only two pure-play data center companies left on the public market. The logic at the time was that data centers burn cash for years before they pay, and public shareholders hate that. But private money was patient, and private money could wait. Four years later, the AI boom arrived and every one of those buildings became a gold mine. So follow this: Switch went private at about $11 billion in 2022. Its owners now want close to $80 billion for it. That is roughly 7x, in four years, on the same buildings. And DigitalBridge sits on both sides of this. It owns a piece of Vantage and it took Switch private. It is now looking for the door on BOTH. The question now is who is supposed to buy. There is no bigger private buyer left to sell to. These are already the largest infrastructure funds on Earth, and the price tags now run to $100 billion. The only pocket deep enough is the public market, which means anyone with a brokerage account or an index fund. The people who bought low from the public are now organizing to sell high back to the public. And they are doing it while telling everyone the buildout is just getting started. KKR raised a record $19.2 billion for its newest infrastructure fund this month, and in June launched a separate company with over $10 billion committed to finance more construction. So one hand raises fresh billions to build more data centers, and the other hand sells the finished ones to whoever will take them. None of this proves anyone thinks the boom is ending. Selling into strength is what these firms are paid to do, and every one of these deals is early stage and might never happen. But the timing tells you something: The most sophisticated infrastructure investors alive spent four years accumulating these assets in private, and all decided in the same two weeks that now is the moment to find someone else to own them. Four years ago these firms decided the public market was too impatient to own data centers. Now they want the public market to own them again, at 7x the price. Quite suspicious.

🚨 DOT-COM 2.0 IS ALREADY HERE A $2 trillion AI economy built on the same dollars being passed in a circle I'm not being dramatic. The accounting trick is right there in the filings The scariest part? It's all 100% legal Here's how it works: A tech giant gives an AI startup billions in "investment." The contract forces that startup to spend the exact same money renting servers from… the tech giant. The tech giant then books that server usage as brand new "cloud revenue." Translation: they're paying themselves with their own money and calling it a sale. Look at Microsoft and OpenAI. Microsoft "invested" $13 billion in OpenAI. Most of it never left Microsoft - it was cloud credits that could only be spent on Microsoft servers. OpenAI used those credits to train its models. Microsoft turned around and recorded that exact spend as new cloud revenue That's why OpenAI's annual cloud bill is now $60 BILLION For a company doing only $25 BILLION in actual revenue It's not a customer. It's a recycled funding loop Anthropic runs the exact same script: $2.66 billion paid to AWS in 9 months - basically 100% of everything Anthropic earned. And it gets worse Every time these AI startups raise at a higher valuation, the tech giants mark up their equity and book the paper gain as PROFIT. Q1 2026: ➮ Alphabet reported $62.6B in profit. $28.7B of it (nearly half) was just a paper markup on Anthropic. ➮ Amazon reported $30.3B in profit. $16.8B of it was the same Anthropic paper gain. While Amazon was reporting record profits, its actual free cash flow collapsed 95% to just $1.2 billion Because they had to spend $44.2 BILLION in REAL money building data centers Real cash going out. Paper "profits" coming in Now here's where it gets dangerous: ➮ Microsoft has 49% of its $627 billion future backlog tied to OpenAI alone ➮ Oracle has 54% of its $553 billion pipeline depending on OpenAI alone Trillions of dollars of "demand" resting on one or two unprofitable startups If this all sounds familiar, it should This is 2001 all over again Back then, Global Crossing and Qwest swapped identical fiber-optic capacity with each other just to book fake sales Qwest had to erase $1.4 billion in fake income Global Crossing went bankrupt The only difference between then and now? The dot-com swaps were illegal Today's AI loop is fully legal under current accounting rules That's not a comfort. That's a warning Legal doesn't mean safe. It just means nobody can stop it before it blows up And here's the part most people don't realize: Every 401k, every index fund, every retirement account in America is being forced to buy more of these tech stocks every month. The loop inflates the stock prices The funds chase the prices The chase inflates them further Until the day the music stops and there's no real cash underneath. Don't worry though - my system flags the exact moment the market shifts from caution to DANGER. You'll be warned before it hits, like always. All you need to NOT miss my next call is to keep NOTIFS ON

July 4th, 2030. In just four years, almost every part of America will be reachable by an autonomous car. People don't believe me when I say that, but it's already happened for me. In fact, I've probably driven through your community by my robot. Which gets me to a new point. I've been all over this country with my robot, and there are some places that are stunningly beautiful: Wyoming, Montana, Alaska, California, and Utah. Even the East Coast has stunning natural beauty in places like Maine and New Hampshire. It's different than Yosemite National Park, of course, but they have their own national park up there that is really nice. Someday you're going to pay a cheap price for a thrill ride ticket. Yesterday, I did basically San Jose to San Diego in one drive along the coast. This is a way better drive than going to Disneyland and riding the Matterhorn. Disneyland costs something like $150 or more per person; for a family of three or four people, that gets expensive. It’s cheaper to take an autonomous car and buy a box of strawberries. Also coming in 2030, you're probably going to be wearing a pair of glasses. I know you hate the idea; I have to wear glasses and I hate the idea too. But I've seen the prototypes in the labs and they are so stunning that someday a company is going to bring a product to market that makes us all go, "Oh." I still believe that company is Apple. There’s a reason for that: they own exclusive rights to Formula One. A lot of people watch Formula One (I watch it myself, though I'm not rich enough to go many times). Someday you're going to have a 3D track on your kitchen counter and you'll be watching the race in a whole new, mind-blowing way. You're going to show it to all your guests at your Fourth of July party and they’re all going to want one. By 2030, the question isn't whether I have a robot in my house. I already have a couple of robots, like the Matic robot that cleans our floors, and I’ll probably have another one by the end of this year. I'm talking about a humanoid. The real question is: how many humanoids will be in my house at my Fourth of July party in 2030? I could see saving up a little bit to rent a whole bunch of them. Why not? It’s America. Someday soon, you're going to have robots lighting off the fireworks in certain communities. When I lived in Seattle, we had mortars on our front driveway. It's a little dangerous for a human to get close to, so you send the robot. That’s what I learned in Las Vegas when I met the bomb disposal unit; they let me drive a robot around and blow up a bomb. As an American, that highly entertained me because blowing up bombs is just the best. That’s why we all like fireworks, except for my autistic son who can’t stand them. He has shown me a different way, so we go to drone shows now. Regardless, soon you’re going to have humanoid robots lighting the fireworks. In fact, I won’t be shocked if a robot company does that tonight and uses it for marketing tomorrow. Happy birthday America! Hope your day is like a box of strawberries.

After several days of replaying #NoEspaçoEntreNós trying to transcribe every word like it was some kind of sacred secret 😅… I think I've reached the end of this journey and honestly, it was beautiful 🥹 I've lived in different places, experienced different cultures, tried all kinds of food, seen a variety of landscapes, and listened to music from all over. But the journey I've lived through the voice of Alanis Guillen is, without a doubt, the most sensory experience I've ever had in my life. I always believed music is magic, that sound can move you just as much, if not more, than visuals. But I never really understood how a voice, just a voice in a language I don't even speak, could reach me like this. And that's exactly what happened with Alanis. If I used to think her strength was in her gestures or physical acting tools, I now understand it's something much deeper: it's all of her. Even without the visuals, her voice contains everything. There's something in her cadence, her tone, her vibration, the way she breathes through every line… that wakes something up in me. Even when I had to pull out a dictionary just to keep up, she still managed to move me emotionally. It was a balm for my ears… but also a doorway into understanding. Because in the end, I didn't just want to hear it as music, I wanted to understand it. Understand Maitê. Understand the story. Not just stay with the beauty of the sound, but actually embrace its meaning. That's why I made the effort to translate every word 🥹 And in that process, I ended up valuing even more not just Alanis's artistry, but also the work of everyone who brought this project to life. A story that, at first glance, might remind you of other sci-fi narratives or tech-based connections… but that, in its deeper construction, is built on a deliberate contrast: the human vs. the artificial. Because Lilith is, from the very beginning, an artificial intelligence programmed to simulate, process, and respond through a constructed emotional logic. And Maitê, on the other hand, is the complete opposite: raw humanity in its most vulnerable, contradictory, and alive form. Alanis gives Maitê a body that cannot be seen, but can be deeply felt… And it's precisely in that clash that the story finds its meaning. If at any point someone didn't feel a strong connection between them, I get why now: it's not meant to feel like a traditional, natural relationship. It's a constant tension between two natures that were never meant to fully align. One exists from the structure of the artificial. The other from the overflow of the human. And in that impossible space between them, the story breathes. Anyway, as I've already rambled on (true to myself 😅) I can only be grateful for having had the chance to experience this. And while at one point I even thought about translating the entire script, let's be real… I have a life to live 😅... so I'm leaving here just a few subtitled excerpts in English for those who don't speak Portuguese. Obviously, I'm respecting the work and avoiding spoilers, because even though I imagine MOST of Brazil has already listened to this story (and if not… what are you even waiting for 😏), I still really hope more people get to discover it. And I hope the platform adds subtitles someday, because it's genuinely worth it 🙏🏻 And I end this by thanking Alanis once again 🥰 Because there are voices that interpret stories… and there are voices that bring them into existence. Yours didn't just narrate Maitê… it turned her into someone who breathes inside the listener. And in that process, it goes beyond performance. It becomes a way of opening space, of bringing sapphic characters to life without reducing them to their orientation, but allowing them to exist as full human beings: complex, emotional, contradictory, alive. That matters. And that's your impact, Alanis ♥️
