Only in Chicago does a major road like Lake Shore Drive turn into a parking lot to watch fireworks. I told CPD to take the evening off.

During another street takeover in Chicago, one of the drivers uses a fire extinguisher to deliberately block a cop’s view inside their car. Chicago and New York have completely lost any sense of civilized society. How much longer are people supposed to put up with this?

Latin King gang member to CPD in Bridgeport today. Gee, we can't understand why no one wants to become a police officer in Chicago anymore.

We love stories with happy endings: Armed burglary suspect opens fire on officers, is shot dead. Pleased to hear no residents were hurt and no CPD involved in this shooting incident was injured. Well done, Chicago Police! Video: @CPD1617Scanner

Chicago Police are under siege, Mayor Brandon Johnson. This incident perfectly captures Police powerlessness in the face of a disorganized mob. If CPD cannot protect themselves or their vehicles from unruly goons, how can they be expected to protect residents? Video: Goofies Of Chicago

During a street takeover near Grant Park, a car rams a responding CPD vehicle and pushes it back. Onlookers cheer it on. Our intrepid mayor, Mayor Brandon Johnson, expects us to believe this insanity is normal and acceptable.

🚨OH. MY. GOSH!!! A "family festival" in suburban Kansas City was overrun with "teens" who began BEATING POLICE OFFICERS and UNLEASHED BEAR SPRAY on attendees. The fire department kept coming back to treat people who couldn't breathe. It took 3 POLICE AGENCIES to get the crowd under control and during a foot chase, officers recovered a 3D-PRINTED GHOST GUN off another juvenile. Only two teens were detained and then released to their parents. This is the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW teens have hijacked this festival. WE DO NOT HAVE TO LIVE LIKE THIS!!!!

A journalist is saved by DHS vehicle amidst a violent crowd at the Fresh Market "protest" in Chicago this morning. Kind of looks like Nick shirley?
