In Tesla's earnings report yesterday, they said that preparations for their first large-scale Optimus factory will begin in Q2. That first-generation line at Fremont is designed for 1 million robots a year. Tesla is also preparing Giga Texas for a second-generation line, which is being designed for long-term annual production capacity of 10 million robots.
