Why don’t you start by paying your drivers fairly?

NEVER TRUST UBER. Uber's driver chose to cancel my ride while I was picking up a package on a 2-stop trip. She drove off with my $90 jacket. Uber refuses to acknowledge that their driver did not complete the ride, and that she/they are responsible for my lost jacket.

I was denied a ride here in Albuquerque New Mexico. Uber told me that drivers in New Mexico had the right to refuse any kind of service animal. I guess it's just a local thing but they offered me credit for another ride. 😡
