Something is broken in our Uganda Police Force. This State Witness, a full Regional Scene of Crime Officer, showed up in court, took oath, said he had visited a murder scene with a certain police officer, Mary Mbabazi. The defense says he’s lying about having gone to the scene of crime with said police officer and at said time. A video is played showing Mary Mbabazi arriving alone. Police officer recognizes her and says yes, that’s Mary Mbabazi. He’s not anywhere in the video. It’s played for minutes before and after arrival. He confirms he’s nowhere in the video. It’s put to him by Jet John Tumwebaze that he lied. He says he didn’t lie. The video clearly shows he lied. He insists he didn’t lie. Perhaps the video recorder just edited him out. These are the Uganda Police Force officers the state wants to rely on to convict someone for murder. These are the police officers that have filled up our jails to 4 times capacity. Same police officers are being accused of back-dating police forms 17A and submitting forged documents. Police officers filed two PF17As that are alike on everything, down to placement of commas and stamps but one has extra exhibits. The witness is having a difficult time explaining why a carbon copy has different information than the original. Witness says “pens fails sometimes”. The Chief State Prosecutor tries to step in and Mr Tumwebaze, with whom they seem to have no love lost, tells him not to bother helping his (the defense’s case). He says: “why are you helping me with my case, Mr Muwaganya? You help yours. You can’t fail to help yours and help mine”. The man is only serving violence. The Chief State Prosecutor, a very good prosecutor in his own right, looks distraught. The witness battering goes on…It’s a bit painful to watch. #UgandaVsMollyKatanga

Hello Uganda Police Force and Kituuma Rusoke. What kind of offense do I commit by recording such a video in my own country?. If there’s no any law broken I would like to cooperate with you and hunt down fellow civilians that coordinate with police officers who operate from that area of footbridge to create discomfort with in Ugandans. This came to my attention when I was brutalized by one officer and two gentlemen(I still recall their faces) just because I recorded that video from up there! Upon bringing me down, they intimidated me that am a terrorist. They immediately took me to a police officer whom I think he heads this gang. The police officer immediately said I should give out 100k if not I will be taken to police post and be charged with terrorism. He later said if I can’t get 100k I should get 60k and leave before other officers arrive! After heated arguments, the two gentlemen and an officer ended up saying i should give out 30k. NOW: my question is; why would a police officer negotiate with a terrorist If I was truly one like they claimed?! 🥹 That’s total insecurity if I can say. A lot of Ugandans are slightly suffering in that place day and night! Please do the needful and end this brutality That incidence happened between 1700hrs and 1719hrs. Check in the CCTV cameras and look at the gentleman who was putting on a white kanzu and black jacket(that was me) I can recall another officer with a name tag Busingye though he was not part of the gang but he can lead us to them. Thanks for your attention

Dear General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, this is an Urgent Caution on Individuals Hiding Atrocities, Diplomatic Irregularities, and Unexplained Wealth While Pretending to Support Your Mission I write as a concerned citizen and an Nrm cadre raising serious alarm about certain individuals who publicly claim to support your leadership and Operation Maliza Ufisadi, yet actively conceal or enable grave atrocities, abuse of office, and questionable conduct that harms ordinary Ugandans and genuine NRM Party supporters. One prominent example is Hon. John Mulimba, the outgoing State Minister for Foreign Affairs (Regional Cooperation) and MP. During the January 2026 election campaigns, a Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces (UPDF) soldier attached to his convoy allegedly shot and killed 23-year-old Aaron Mukisa a dedicated Nrm youth mobiliser wearing a yellow NRM T-shirt in Namungodi Town Council on January 7, 2026. Eyewitnesses state that Mukisa was singled out, brutally beaten, and executed at close range while pleading for his life. Other supporters were injured with sticks, stones, and bayonets on orders of a One Mulimba . This incident turned parts of the constituency into “no-go zones” and has left many true NRM members feeling betrayed by leaders who claim loyalty to you while committing or enabling such violence against fellow Museveni mobilisers. Also while serving as Minister, Mulimba has faced repeated accusations of serious diplomatic irregularities, especially concerning Ugandans in countries like Turkey etc which need to be investigated. Many families report problems with passports and visas, with some vulnerable citizens allegedly being facilitated or sent abroad under his influence into exploitative situations, including forced sex work or labour, causing immense suffering and hardship back home. Locally, Mulimba’s lavish lifestyle has been a major source of criticism for years. He owns Jogo FM radio station and is known for driving high-end “monster” pickup trucks and living far beyond the means of an ordinary MP or minister’s salary. Residents openly question how his wealth matches his official income, fuelling long-standing perceptions of corruption and neglect of constituency needs. These actions by people who pretend to champion your anti-corruption and reform agenda while allegedly enabling violence, exploitation of Ugandans abroad, and living on unexplained wealth severely undermine public trust, damage the UPDF’s reputation, and weaken the NRM from within. I therefore humbly ask you to: • Immediately order a full, independent investigation into the killing of Aaron Mukisa and all election-related abuses involving politicians’ security details. • Direct a thorough probe into diplomatic operations under Mulimba’s former portfolio, particularly passport and visa irregularities and reported cases of Ugandan exploitation in Turkey and other missions. • Extend whistleblower protections to cover electoral violence, abuse of office, and lifestyle audits for public officials. • Exercise strong caution with individuals who loudly align with your vision yet have a track record of hiding atrocities or amassing wealth that does not match their known earnings. The people of Samia Bugwe North and many other concerned Ugandans stand ready to support your efforts in cleaning up such elements so that justice, discipline, and true patriotism can prevail. Lastly I commend your bold leadership in Operation Maliza Ufisadi, your commitment to rooting out corruption, and your dedication to protecting genuine supporters of President Museveni and the revolution. Your decisive actions give many of us renewed hope that accountability will apply to all, regardless of position. Thank you for your dedicated service to the nation. Highway Harassment: Two Youths Create Chaos Near Shobha Town Park in Bengaluru Some aspects of human behavior, unfortunately, seem difficult to change especially when it comes to a lack of civic sense and respect for others in public spaces. A recent incident on the highway near Shobha Town Park in Attibele highlights this concern. A car bearing registration number KA-03NY-3552 was reportedly seen causing disturbance on the road. According to witnesses, two young men inside the vehicle were behaving irresponsibly, making inappropriate hand gestures, shouting at other motorists, and creating unnecessary chaos. Their actions not only caused discomfort to fellow drivers but also raised serious concerns about harassment and road safety. Such reckless and disrespectful behavior on public roads is unacceptable. Highways are meant to be safe spaces for everyone, and actions like these can easily escalate into dangerous situations, potentially leading to accidents or conflicts. It reflects poorly on the individuals involved and shows a disregard for basic social responsibility and discipline. Authorities should take note of such incidents and ensure strict action is taken against those who misuse public spaces in this manner. At the same time, it is important for individuals especially young people to understand the importance of responsible behavior, mutual respect, and adherence to the law while using public roads. #bangalore #bengaluru #attibele SP Bengaluru District Police ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸಂಚಾರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ BengaluruTrafficPolice ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರ ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ BengaluruCityPolice alok kumar DGP KARNATAKA ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ Karnataka State Police S. #امپورٹڈ_حکومت_نامنظور PTI ladies – leading from the front ~ Dedicated to the mothers, daughters and sisters of my nation 🇵🇰 “The world needs strong women. Women who will lift and build others, who will love and be loved, women who live bravely, both tender and fierce, women of indomitable will.” – Amy Tenney And indeed, it is the strong women of Pakistan who are defining the critical phase in the nation’s history. I applaud the womenfolk from different segments of our society who are standing firm to resist fascism. Their sacrifices and efforts will always be remembered. 14th of March marked a day of resistance against fascism which is the hallmark of the current regime. Police and Rangers were deployed in huge numbers around Chairman Imran Khan’s residence to unlawfully arrest the former Prime Minister, where thousands of his supporters had gathered to deny the regime from executing the illegitimate action. We resisted tooth and nail against relentless shelling and baton charge denying the arrest of our Chairman. For hours on end, I suffered a barrage of shelling but stayed steadfast to lead the unarmed protestors. Moreover, the day of 25th of May last year will go down in Pakistan’s history as a day that, amongst other features, signified the rise of Pakistani women to stand up for their rights in the face of extreme state barbarism. Countless ladies from all walks of life showed their will and resilience that day as they came to the streets in protest against the imported Government, braving teargas shells and police baton charge. Amongst the political leadership, most remarkable of all was the sheer strength of character and courage shown by Dr. Yasmin Rashid, a 71-year-old cancer survivor who was harassed by the police initially the night before the march and then on the roads, as police goons damaged her car, smashing the windscreen and pulled her off the vehicle. The remarkably resilient lady, however, was not intimidated and continued her journey to Islamabad. I myself braved through some of the most gruesome behaviour of police as innocent protestors in my convoy from Southern Punjab were continually subjected to the worst form of shelling by the police. Multiple vehicles were smashed up by thugs in bandannas facilitating the police, as it was clear the Government was hellbent on trampling over the right of peaceful protest we as the citizens of Pakistan are supposed to have. My convoy, regardless, moved on with intent, removing obstacles and making way for the other marchers as we were amongst the first ones to reach D-Chowk. I also continually updated the progress of the march from my social media accounts. Additionally, the bravery shown by Shireen Mazari – the way she has risen to challenge and has exposed sheer hypocrisy and double standards is also commendable. She has most effectively taken up the burning issue of the diplomatic cipher at the heart of the regime change episode, and called out different parties to clarify their positions regarding how they are fulfilling their duties to the country. Amongst countless womenfolk in PTI, some notable leaders to specifically mention here include Barrister Maleeka Bokhari who stood firm and continued to move on despite the heavy shelling, and has also wonderfully been working on the cases for the restoration of the rights of protestors. Others including Kanwal Shauzab MNA, Aliya Hamza Malik and Musarrat Cheema are role models for women across the country in this struggle for freedom. This struggle for defying the imposed imported Government and for genuine freedom of Pakistan is a national movement rather than a political one. And the nation’s females are an integral part of the resistance. The nation won’t be cowed down by state brutalities as we know the power of truth trumps everything. When a nation is blessed with responsible and courageous females, it cannot be denied its true freedom for long. #WomenEmpowerment #9thAprilBlackDay

Tinubu’s Minister of Works, David Umahi, vs. The People Who Refuse to Let Go! Compatriots, We are pleased to report that Tracy Nicolas Ohiri the businesswoman who was harassed, bullied, arrested, and detained following a dispute involving Nigeria’s Minister of Works, David Umahi has finally regained her freedom on bail. Her release did not happen by chance. It was the result of collective vigilance and sustained civic resistance that began from the moment she was arrested in Lagos and subsequently transferred to Abuja by the Nigeria Police Force. Yesterday, Mrs. Ohiri was brought before the Magistrate Court in Wuse Zone 2, Abuja. The presiding magistrate, Ope Ibraheem, heard arguments on bail and granted her release despite opposition from the police prosecutor. The court made it clear that she was entitled to bail under the law. However, what followed was brazen assault on due process. After the court granted bail and the sureties, including myself, fulfilled the conditions set by the magistrate, there were immediate efforts and high level conspiracy to frustrate her release. The police prosecutor mobilized Correctional officials, and immediate attempts were made within the system to secure a fake detention or remand order that would override the bail already granted and duely processed. The police sent a contingent of armed policemen to spirit her to prison until members of the Takeitback Movement resisted their efforts In the midst of this, today Tracy collapsed while in custody. Rather than prioritize her health, Correctional officers resisted allowing her to receive proper medical attention. Even after she was admitted to Wuse District Hospital, they arrived with full force to move her to Keffi for profiling. It took the sustained presence and intervention of concerned citizens at the hospital to ensure that she was not forcibly removed and that her medical needs were respected. More troubling still, we discovered indications that her detention documentation had been irregularly processed; it was forged. Such practices point to a deeply disturbing pattern within the Nigeria criminal justice chain, where administrative tools are manipulated to prolong detention and congest Nigerian prisons with largely awaiting trial inmates. I have personally experienced similar circumstances as recently as October 2025. The good news today is that Tracy Ohiri is free not because the system worked seamlessly, but because citizens refused to look away. We extend our gratitude to the legal team led by Marshal D F Abubakar, alongside Wayne Chikeze Seeker, Barrister Umez Prince Mandela, Chike Anago, A. K. Musa, and Tamuno Tonye-Ekundayo, whose unflinching dedication was instrumental to her release. Let's also acknowledge the steadfast support of her family, especially her husband, as well as civic actors and supporters who stood firm throughout, powerfully present was FLAG BOY NG , Mamapee, Verydarkblackman, Rex Elanu, Comrade Oshioks Philip, Olanrewaju Adeyemo, Faith Enattah Orinya, and Take it back Movement, as well as African Action Congress leaders. We must not fail to mention the role of medics at Wuse District Hospital who immediately provided lifesaving support as first responders. Senator Sen. Ireti Kingibe was present throughout and made high-level interventions to ensure that Tracy Ohiri could reunite with her little children and complete her medical treatment. We reiterate our clear and non-negotiable position to the Acting Inspector-General of Police, TUNJI DISU, that policing must not be deployed at the behest of powerful interests to harass citizens, whether under allegations of criminal defamation, provisions of the Cybercrime Act, or Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation (SLAPP). The integrity of the Nigeria Police Force and all of its police units must depend on people's rights, respect for the law, and real law enforcement. The trial against Tracy Ohiri should be immediately discontinued. Nigeria deserves a police institution that protects the vulnerable, not one shielding only the powerful. Today, Tracy Ohiri is home. And that is a victory for vigilance, solidarity, and the rule of law.

From Highway to Mud Pit: Uttara Kannada–Sirsi Road Turns Into Slush Nightmare Look at the condition of this road in Karnataka this is the Uttara Kannada Sirsi road. Thanks to our MLA, MP, and the state government for this worst kind of maintenance. What should have been a proper, motorable road has now turned into a muddy stretch filled with slush and deep potholes. This Uttara Kannada Sirsi road has become a nightmare for the public. Even buses are unable to cross smoothly, and bikers are struggling in the middle of the slush, risking accidents at every moment. Many vehicles are simply turning back because no one wants to get stuck or damage their vehicles. Local residents, daily commuters, school children, and emergency services are all suffering because of this pathetic condition. Where is the road? Is this what people pay taxes for? This is not just poor maintenance this is complete negligence. Authorities make big promises about development and infrastructure, but the ground reality on the Uttara Kannada Sirsi road tells a completely different story. Basic infrastructure like roads should be a priority, not an afterthought. The concerned officials and elected representatives must take responsibility immediately instead of ignoring the hardships faced by the people. The public deserves safe and proper roads, not this endless stretch of mud and inconvenience. #banalore #bengaluru #sirsi #uttarkannada 112 Uttara Kannada Deo UttaraKannada Ramalinga Reddy SP Karwar DK Shivakumar Siddaramaiah alok kumar DGP KARNATAKA ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ Karnataka State Police S. Talking to the new interim Police Chief Perkins today, in my opinion, went well. I’d give it a B+. The guy seems legit. He seemed to really listen to us, for well over an hour! He answered every single question we had, whether we got the answers we wanted or not we still got his attention. What he does next with all of what was brought to his attention, is completely up to him. But here I am the sap still having hope. We have to. This guy gives me hope for Canton. Sucks that he’s just temporary, but at least we know there are a few good guys in there currently. Guys and girls who really don’t want their names, legacies and families name attached to scandals the cops before them left to clean up… 🙏 Time will tell, but until then, none of us will stop yapping for change. Ask questions. Get involved. Never take your foot off the gas. Of course there will be road bumps, blocks and complete rotary circles in this game of people vs government -but ANY steps, even baby steps, are better than none. We are NOT AND NEVER WERE anti-police. We need police. We NEED ORDER. But most importantly we NEED SAFETY. Everyone wants to feel safe. Breaks my gawt damn heart knowing a man, a great man at that, in his 70’s fell and broke his hip over the winter and was too afraid to call 911 knowing the Canton PD or MSP would be the ones to respond. (Won’t say his name cuz it’s not my story to tell) Others were getting rocks through their windows, phone calls saying if they didnt go away there will be a bullet put in their head, being followed, being almost ran over, having poison thrown onto their properties, tires flattened, the lists off insane traumatizing things residents of Canton have gone through since the death of Officer John O’Keefe is UNACCEPTABLE. For standing up demanding transparency. 😞 The man listened. I can say that. He gave feedback. Where this will go, who knows but he did agree that there should be MORE friendly get togethers and involvement with the cops and communities. I asked him not to give us false hope. He also confirmed that he knew the world was watching. He has been getting mountains of FOIA requests from out of state concerned people. 👏 (kudos to all of you) I reminded him that this is only going to get bigger, more eyes will be on this as time goes on, the WORLD is STILL watching. To be continued. Stay safe out there everyone. Be kind. Everyone is fighting something. 🙏 Give grace. And drink water. (And in case you didn’t know, NO higgy pants 👖 no longer has an office at CPD. )👏

Human Rights Alert: Escalating Targeted Violence Against #Somaliland Civilians in Mogadishu #Somaliland Human Rights Defenders express grave concern over the escalating attacks targeting civilians originally from Somaliland—particularly members of the Isaaq community—residing in Mogadishu. In recent days, families of #Somaliland origin living in the capital have been assaulted inside their homes by armed groups wielding knives, axes, stones, and metal objects. These attacks appear organized and deliberate, aimed at inflicting harm on #Somaliland civilians solely on the basis of their identity. A videos recorded bystanders in Mogadishu, showing violent assaults against #Somaliland residents, has circulated widely on social media, further heightening fear among affected communities. This surge in violence began shortly after #Somaliland received international recognition, a development that has triggered inflammatory rhetoric from certain leaders within the Federal Government of #Somalia. Instead of promoting calm, these officials alongside some religious figures and segments of the Mogadishu public, have disseminated hate‑filled messages that dehumanize Somaliland civilians, justify violence against them, and frame them as legitimate targets for “jihad.” Such rhetoric has directly contributed to the mobilization of groups now committing communal attacks. #Somaliland Human Rights Defenders are deeply alarmed by this pattern of incitement and by the failure of federal authorities to protect vulnerable civilians. The deliberate spread of hate speech by influential figures constitutes a serious violation of international human‑rights norms and risks fueling further communal violence. This violence is part of a long and troubling pattern. In July 1998, fifty‑one #Somaliland‑origin businessmen, intellectuals, and university students were massacred at Jasiira Beach in Mogadishu by former Somali military officials linked to the family of Dictator Mohamed Siyad Barre. More recently, in February 2024, a Somaliland civil aviation official, Abdinasir Muse Dahable, was killed in his home in the Wadajir district of Mogadishu. According to medical investigation teams, his death resulted from torture. These incidents form part of a recurring wave of communal violence targeting Isaaq civilians in Mogadishu. We urgently call upon: - The United States and United Kingdom embassies, - United Nations offices in the Halane compound, and - The wider international community to publicly condemn the ongoing abuses and communal violence directed at Somaliland‑origin civilians in Mogadishu and across Somalia. We further urge international partners to press the Federal Government of Somalia to take immediate, concrete measures to restrain mobilized groups, prevent further attacks, and ensure the safety and protection of all civilians regardless of origin. Failure to act risks allowing this violence—sparked by political developments and inflamed by official rhetoric—to escalate into broader communal conflict. In light of the urgent protection needs of those affected, Somaliland Human Rights Defenders also call upon the Government of Somaliland to coordinate closely with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), and the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) to facilitate immediate assistance for victims of the Mogadishu communal violence. The majority of these civilians have expressed a clear willingness to relocate to Somaliland for safety. Effective collaboration with these humanitarian agencies is essential to ensure safe passage, emergency support, and dignified reception for all displaced #Somaliland‑origin families seeking protection. Hello guys. I need your help please. Help. I’m doing this despite the risks involved 🙏. I’m sure you’ve seen the story Citizen tv aired recently about a brother who beat up his sister mercilessly trying to “discipline” her. Before she was beaten up, he had sent cops to “arrest” her in Busia because she was in Uganda and they didn’t want her traveling. The cops got her and she spent 24hrs in a cell before being transferred to Nairobi where she spent another 4 days in Pangani police station with no charges or being taken to court. The brother bribed the police officers to arrest her and put her in a cell to “discipline” her. They took her home and the brother beat her up mercilessly with blows and kicks and stepped on her as she begged that she was on her period. He also slapped his other sister who tried to intervene. The brother in law by the name Sharmake Hussein is the one pulling the strings and is highly connected to the DCI. The DCI headquarters has the victim’s phone and she went to pick it up yesterday but they refused and tried to make her withdraw the charges. Officers at the headquarters by the name Amin and Mahad as narrated by the victim tried to trick her to sign and withdraw the case. She refused and in return got threatened by the family who were present in the presence of the DCI KENYA The perpetrator was at DCI KENYA headquarters yesterday and they didn’t arrest him!!!! I’m honestly shocked that they were forcing the victim to withdraw the case instead of arresting the perpetrator. I took the girl to somewhere safe today a big big thank you to VOCAL Africa since the brother wants to harm her and DCI KENYA is enabling it. All the other younger siblings are not safe either and even the youngest was manhandled at the headquarters yesterday and they took his phone. Both phones are at the DCI KENYA and I’m asking with what authority did you take their phones and manhandled them? The youngest is a minor and I still don’t think these kids are safe. I talked to them today and the parents are the biggest enablers. If anything happens to any one of them DCI KENYA is responsible for being bribed and used by the perpetrators who’s going around claiming he knows “big people” including Duale. I have clips which I’ll be posting of him being nasty and arrogant of the law. DCI KENYA arrest the perpetrator Abdiaziz Daqare!!!!!!! Arrest him before he kills these girls and kids!!! You’re being an enabler!!!
