This is how Rail Vendor Mafia controls things which are sold in Trains They sell duplicate products and products which are NOT allowed by Ministry of Railways They threatens people who question them They take up seats allotted to passengers This cannot happen without help of railway officials.. which may get their cut from these sales. When will Ministry of Railways get rid of such Mafia? Simple Solution: Vendors should be uniform with their ID cards displayed all the time, which should have QR code which people should be able to scan and get their details and what list of products they are allowed to sell.
