U.S. company Mara has presented its Spike counter-drone system, designed to defend against FPV drones. The system consists of two main components: the Spotter detection module, which uses visual and acoustic sensors to identify incoming drones, and the Seeker interceptor UAV. The Seeker reportedly has a maximum speed of up to 200 km/h (124 mph) and an operational range of approximately 1.5 km (0.9 miles). Mara estimates the complete Spike system will cost between $30,000 and $100,000, depending on the number of Seeker interceptors included. A single system can reportedly accommodate up to 48 interceptors. The company says the interceptor itself is intended to cost approximately the same as its target, or up to twice as much. A stationary version of Spike is planned for late 2026, while vehicle-mounted and portable versions using manual launch are expected in 2027. The system reportedly underwent testing in Ukraine in July 2026. #USA #Mara #Spike #CounterUAS #CounterDrone #FPV #Drones #DroneWarfare #Interceptor #MilitaryTechnology #Defense

Ukraine launches "logistical lockdown" program to scale middle-strike operations in the Russian rear - Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov Mykhailo Fedorov ▪️Ukraine has begun mass strikes against Russian forces. The destruction of Russian logistics, warehouses, and command posts has increased fourfold over recent months. ▪️The price of advancement for Russians is constantly rising. While the enemy lost 67 soldiers per 1 km² of advancement in October, that number reached 179 in April. ▪️Russia is suffering record losses: more than 35,000 soldiers killed or severely wounded each month. ▪️The destruction of logistics will be scaled even further, with 5 billion UAH allocated for this purpose. "By this summer, the results of centralized procurement for middle strike capabilities will become noticeable on the front lines. The enemy will no longer feel safe, even at a significant distance from the line of combat," Mykhailo Fedorov said.

🚨🇺🇦✈️ ZELENSKY: UKRAINE IS BUILDING DRONES CAPABLE OF REACHING UP TO 10,000 KILOMETERS. If achieved, virtually every part of Russia would fall within the range of Ukraine’s next generation of long-range strike systems. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that Ukraine’s defense industry is rapidly expanding the capabilities of its indigenous drone fleet. According to him, Ukraine already fields long-range drones with an operational range of more than 3,000 kilometers, a figure expected to increase to 4,000 kilometers by the end of this year. Looking ahead, Zelensky revealed that next year Ukraine expects to deploy drones capable of flying between 5,000 and 10,000 kilometers, marking a dramatic leap in the country’s long-range strike potential. Such a capability would allow Ukraine to hold strategic military targets across the entire Russian Federation at risk, including locations thousands of kilometers from the front line, fundamentally reshaping the strategic depth of the conflict. 🚨🇩🇪🇺🇦 German defense company Quantum Systems plans to supply Ukraine with tens of thousands of SPYS interceptor drones, specifically designed to counter Russia’s new jet-powered Geran-4 and Geran-5 attack drones. The planned deliveries would provide Ukraine with a large number of specialized interceptors intended to engage these faster Russian aerial threats, which present new challenges for Ukrainian air defenses. 🔥 If delivered at the planned scale, the SPYS interceptors could significantly strengthen Ukraine’s ability to counter Russia’s evolving drone fleet. Expanding the use of dedicated interceptor drones would also help preserve expensive surface-to-air missiles for threats that cannot be handled by cheaper systems. The visit to Denmark begins with an important step for our defense. An agreement has been reached on Ukrainian-American cooperation in drone production, including interceptor drones — a crystal clear priority. We have signed an agreement with the robust American company Swift Beat, and it foresees hundreds of thousands of drones this year alone, with the potential to significantly scale up production in the coming year. Interceptors to destroy enemy drones and missiles, quadcopters for reconnaissance and fire adjustment, and long-range strike drones — all of these will be produced in much greater numbers to help us achieve our defense goals and protect the lives of Ukrainians. Today, we will continue our work in Denmark, and on new agreements of this kind — focused on joint production, joint development, and joint defense. I thank everyone who is helping!

❗️❗️🇺🇦🇷🇺According to The Telegraph, Ukraine has increased the strike range of its domestically produced FPV kamikaze drones from 50 km to 150 km. 🔷 Ukrainian forces are using these drones to destroy Russian logistics hubs and military equipment. They are also supported by “Baba-Yaga” bomber drones, which play a significant role on the battlefield by effectively targeting Russian air defense and electronic warfare systems several dozen kilometers behind the front line.

Unique footage has emerged showing remote control of interceptor drones. The 190th Training Center of the SBS reportedly used a drone-interceptor to shoot down a Shahed UAV remotely, with the pilot located at a significant distance from the launch site. The system used was LITAVR, developed by FDrones. According to the company, an operator can control the interceptor from hundreds of kilometers away from the launch point. The F7 LITAVR is already a well-known and highly effective system. As a reminder, here are the technical details (this is all open-source information): Development of the system began in autumn 2024. It was successfully tested and officially adopted in summer 2025. Serial production and deliveries to the military started in autumn 2025. Maximum speed: 350 km/h Flight time: up to 15 minutes Equipped with two cameras: daytime and thermal imaging The officially stated tactical range is 36 km, though in practice it can reach up to 60 km and operate at altitudes of up to 9.5 km. The warhead (separately codified) weighs 500 g. Detonation can occur via kinetic impact, self-destruction upon contact with the target, or manual activation by the operator. The system uses inertial guidance without GPS and features automatic terminal guidance (“last mile” / target lock system). At present, it reportedly destroys hundreds of targets per week, including Shaheds, Gerberas, Molniyas, Orlans, Lancets, and others. What is fundamentally new? Until now, mobile air defense fire groups and frontline crews using interceptor drones required a qualified pilot on-site. It has now been successfully demonstrated that a different tactic is possible: pilots can operate from protected, remote locations. The only requirement is internet access at both the control center and the launch site. Ukraine’s defense sector continues to develop innovative solutions. 📹 Oleksii Kopytko/Facebook

"The next trilateral U.S.-Ukraine-Russia meeting could take place in the UAE, Switzerland, or Türkiye; we have invitations from several countries. The talks will cover energy, grain, and humanitarian issues - above all, the release of POWs." - President Zelenskyy The President of Ukraine said he expects to meet with President Trump in the 20s of September and discuss the supply of missiles capable of intercepting ballistic missiles. Other statements: ▪️ Ukraine is moving toward a trilateral negotiation format. The sides first agreed to prepare everything necessary between Ukraine and the U.S. and then comment publicly on the process. ▪️ As for the "peace plan," new ideas have emerged, but they are not being disclosed yet. ▪️ Ukraine is ready for a compromise on energy. Both Kyiv and Moscow should take steps toward each other rather than wait for concessions from Ukraine alone. ▪️ Ukraine was ready to receive an American aircraft. Russia clearly wanted to show that Ukraine is not safe, which is why it struck the runways at Zhuliany and Boryspil airports. ▪️ Since the end of 2025, Ukraine has been strengthening its position on the battlefield. Russia has suffered heavy losses and achieved little. ▪️ Ukraine has a stronger negotiating position, and the U.S. side recognizes this.
