Two bridges collapsed in Bryansk and Kursk regions of Russia last night, damaging a passenger and freight trains. Russian authorities say they were blown up. This looks like the work of Russian FSB before the next round of talks in Istanbul. ◾️In Bryansk region, a bridge collapsed as a passenger train was going under it.
