I instructed our intelligence and our army to act in advance against the facilities that Russians use to scale up the war. Built in 2009, this refinery has capacity of 5.2 million tonnes of crude per year, around 100,000 barrels per day, producing diesel, gasoline components, aviation fuel and other petroleum products.
