Leg Extensions Isolation movements targeting quads. Tips: -Put the back rest a little further back. Being slightly reclined increases stretch on the quad -Keep tje foot flexes up, dosiflexion -Don't use momentum, avoid a swinging motion and avoid slamming weights between reps -Avoid partial reps Important: if you have knee discomfort, make sure your knee is aligned with the pivot point of the machine. Otherwise, unnecessary stress can be placed on the knee. Stay Stronk!! #strength #fitness #gaymen

Have knee pain? These might help… Slantboard reverse step downs - these help strengthen the back of the knee. Start with 8-10 reps on each side x 3-4 sets. Our knees are should be ok with going past our toes, think of going down the stairs. If you don’t have a box or Slantboard you can do backwards walking for 5 min. That will also help. I incorporated these into my routine to help my knees and they both helped wonders!
