People can argue about the continuity all day, but Ultron really was beautiful in the way only a completely unhinged villain could be. That voice, design, and presence still hit differently.

Well, Ultron is an AI. The physical form it takes in the real world is just a tool. In Vision Quest you are not seeing his physical form but a digital representation inside Vision's head.
