There are several other companies that are doing similar, but Rewind has gotten more adoption, so far, than the others, so I wanted to start with the founder behind it first. He explains all AI inferencing is done locally, on your computer or phone, and no data goes to Rewind.

It will be interesting to watch how fast consumers take to such approaches. Over a decade I expect almost everyone to get used to these kinds of new AI capabilities to help users. Really this leads to a new kind of AI assistant, one that always talks with you.
