Does the sun now feel like it’s shining through a magnifying glass? Does it feel extremely hot on your face and skin? It is. How high is the UV radiation? View the actual tests in the video. As I state in this clip, we are told by all major agencies that no more than 5% of all UV radiation should be UVB. Here is an exact quote from the National Library of Medicine: “The UV component of terrestrial radiation from the midday sun comprises about 95% UVA and 5% UVB; UVC and most of UVB are removed from extraterrestrial radiation by stratospheric ozone”. In reality (as confirmed by UV metering) we are actually getting as much as 55% to 60% UVB on the surface. Even if you get “sun-kissed” you’ll be okay and it’s not harmful in the long term. Every other animal will spend all day outside (with breaks of course that’s only natural also). So get some sun!

It is Russia that is doing everything possible to prolong the war and inflict as much damage on human life as it can. We are working toward diplomacy. All leaders who can help know that we are ready for every substantive format. Putin is not ready. And that is precisely the problem. And for there to be a diplomatic path, there must be no obstacles to it in any influential capital in the world. When Moscow does not want peace, Washington and Beijing can make it want peace. However, the world has all of the resources to assist us in intercepting every missile and drone fired by Russian terrorists. This is completely doable. All that is required is for the necessary political decisions and agreements to be implemented. What Ukraine needs is air defense systems, a sufficient quantity and quality of weapons to ensure our frontline actions, as well as prompt delivery and steadfast action. Terror must always fail, and everyone who assists us in combating Russian terror is a true life defender.
