@Gatty54 Remembering that Dutton’s hero John Howard lied about “children overboard” during an entire election campaign. “Russians in Indonesia” is Dutton’s children overboard moment. It’s a lie to create a fearful population. People in fear are easier to control. It’s coercive control!

Fully expect Harry Dutton to be wheeled out tomorrow to confirm he also heard the Indonesian President say it.

I expect the PM to hammer him over this in the debate tonight. Steer the conversation to foreign affairs and national security. Chalk and cheese between Wong and Coleman.
