There is a benign variant where episodic orbital pain is accompanied by miosis and ptosis, without any other neurological sign, it is considered a variant of migraine. There is literally a subtype with your name in the medical classification.

I read a NIH study that large doses of CoQ10 can ease migraines but it takes about eight weeks to go into effect. I’ve been taking 200 mg of ubiquinol (better absorption for older folks) for three months and my migraines are more of a pressure feeling than pain now. Worth a try.
