A total of 63 battle-ready trainees, including warriors from friendly foreign nations 🇲🇲 🇲🇺 🇸🇨, have emerged as masters of high-altitude air and pure oxygen diving under sub-atmospheric pressure. During the camp, skills were sharpened for offensive underwater operations and advanced mixed-gas procedures. The training culminated in a high-intensity Endurance Triathlon—consisting of a run, fin swim, and free swim—flagged off by Capt Mohammed Ikram, OiC Diving School. We've launched Fitness Training for senior citizens in Bengaluru South with the inaugural session at Brindavan Park, Padmanabhanagar, last Sunday. The sessions are aimed at introducing structured strength training, physiotherapy and nutrition sessions for senior citizens. As people age, walking alone isn't sufficient. Muscle mass naturally declines, making everyday movements harder and increasing the risk of falls. These sessions also help build muscle strength, key to staying active and independent. The programme will soon be expanded to other parks across Bengaluru South, encouraging more citizens to embrace fitness as a way of life and age with strength and confidence. A few months ago we set out to understand exactly how our models can be used to accelerate progress in robotics and other AI systems that don’t just represent the world, but are actually able to interact with it. We’ve been collaborating with leading companies in the space and we’ve developed an initial approach that we're now opening up to accelerate development across the industry. Our fifth announcement is GWM Robotics. GWM Robotics is a learned simulator that generates synthetic data for scalable robot training and policy evaluation, removing the bottlenecks of physical hardware.

Walking is DIFFERENT than “exercise” biochemically but it’s absolutely critical to metabolic health. Walking is simply a body in low-grade motion, which is required throughout the day for optimal cellular function. Every time we get up and walk we help stimulate the glucose channels to go to the cell membrane and let glucose in to be processed. We have to understand that exercising for a focused 45 min- 2 hours per day does not replace regular low-grade movement throughout the day… We need both. We need to stimulation mitophagy and mitochondrial biogenesis through focused strength training, high intensity training, zone two training, etc… And we need to constitutively dispose of glucose throughout the day by moving our bodies regularly - at least every half hour - which could be walking for 3 min, a few air squats, whatever you want. Part of the reasons Americans are so sick is because we sit all day and then think that a spurt of activity is all that matters… We need more movement. Our cells need regular movement, it sitting 80% of the time (which is what Americans are doing!).
