As a man I can tell you, this is nightmare fuel for us. It takes a sick brain to look at this and not be disturbed by it.

Except this doesn’t actually work. Instead, it creates a gaping wound that the body recognizes and attempts to heal with scar tissue. This leads it to need dilation at least once a day, lest it close it and potentially become infected or even necrotic. They also left out the part where, to give it “depth”, a hole has to be cut into the colon, also increasing the chances of infection and producing a smell of raw human fecal matter. This is “life-changing” in the sense that it is destructive and harmful, and never actually solves the mental illness that recipients are actually suffering from.
