....Unemployment is a curse

He’s paid a paltry sum of 50k naira monthly sometimes he would have to remind whoever allowed him the rare opportunity of constituting nuisance that he has not been paid yet for months , but he is elated , highly spirited because he now has the bragging rights over his friends , a showoff and a tale he will tell at moonlights , that he rides in same convoy as the governor. This will fetch him some actions with the ladies who are within his class , some cheap street drugs and a name in the streets as someone who is “connected” if he remains loyal and valuable long enough and keep massaging the ego and scraping the butt of his overlords without another nuisance of a being taking his place , he will be entrusted the heinous tasks of rigging elections , maiming , mauling , marauding , murdering , masquerading, meting our merciless mayhems on law abiding citizens who came out to exercise their rights , all of this he will do to re-elect his masters . His reward if he survives 6ft below would be to become a local government chairman and someday the governor and perhaps the FCT minister where he will go along demolishing houses for no just cause , the cycle continues whilst the people who are supposed to condemn him applaud and celebrate his “success” as blessings from God , they too will wish the Lord their God blesses them as he has blessed him …………. Poverty is not just a disease , it is a cancer !

I am forced to come to a rather painful conclusion that there is a concerted connivance to make sure that the people who occupy government positions or strut around or scream around the corridors of powers in edo state like this old man is doing in this video look and appear a certain way.
