“He’s not taking it seriously” - tell that to the (much bigger) version of myself that I was a year ago. Listen; I’m just trying to be real. I’m not trying to make excuses, even if I have. This past month was hard for me, especially sharing it the way that I did. But regardless of that I’m not gonna let that low point or anyone on the internet take away from the progress that I’ve made over the YEARS of struggling and learning that I’ve gone through. I will never give up on this journey, I still plan to hit 399 by the end of April; I have a plan, I have a schedule, and I’m going to do my best to follow it. I apologize if this feels like giving attention directly to the negativity, but I felt like these thoughts / this response and the *hope* that I feel right now regarding my journey really need to be shared. I’m PROUD of what I’ve accomplished, even knowing I still have a long ways to go. I see the positive, I promise, and I’m sorry that I can’t always take the time to respond to more messages. #weightlossjourney

#ColtsNation I let you down. 2023 Colts Fan of the Year💙🤍 I just want to apologize for the man I’ve been recently. I let the hypocrites of the NFL get in my head. I was heartbroken. I’m sorry. Thank you to those who have taken time to speak to me about this. It truly helped me. 🙏🏻

I have a thought I’ve wanted to get off my chest: we don’t need to reject the left to win the center. A big tent doesn’t just include the center, it includes the left too. Being a welcoming party means welcoming anyone who wants to build an economy that works for all and who believes in protecting our democracy.

Giannis Antetokounmpo is EXCITED to be coached by Erik Spoelstra: “I just want to be coached hard. I’d rather you tell me the ugly truth than a beautiful lie… I don’t want to be sugarcoated. I have a lot of people like that in my life that try to make me feel good. I don’t need that. I need the truth so I can apply that to life and the game of basketball… I’m excited to be coached by him… I’m excited to be here and I know he’ll get the best out of me.” I need the season to hurry up and start.

This is why it bugs me when I get called a grifter. My money is made here. 3 out of 5 *so far* service calls completed tonight. I spent the extra money I had to fly out to Vegas for an opportunity. I come back and get right to work to make up for lost time. I work so hard because of the people I love relying on me to provide. The mission I’m on to help save the Country does not produce the profit to stop putting in these hours. I’m not irritated that I have to work, I’m blessed to be able to. Why stop now? I’ve only made it this far because of my refusal to give up, and I have no plans of doing so in the future

“When you then went to hug your mom and dad, it must have been an incredible emotion. It must have leveled up in a big way.” Lando: “Yeah. I mean I think by then I ran out of tears 'cause I did the whole in lap, like crying a bit, took my helmet off. I think I ran out a little bit and then when I hugged my mom, she was the first person I went to was my mom and my dad. I wouldn't be here. It's quite simple. I wouldn't be here without them. I wouldn't get to have - wouldn't have had the chance to live my dream to live an incredible life that I have. I'm such a lucky person. I know I am. And I think that's also why I understand that. I understand what a lucky person I am to have been given that opportunity to get to enjoy my life since such a young age, karting, traveling the world, doing what I do. I get to now say thank you in the biggest way possible. And I also just get to give back and it's so hard to do that. When you're in my position ‘cause you always feel like you're taking and everyone's behind you and you're the star. But I really - I don't like that aspect of it. I only like the fact that I get to come in and see everyone so happy. That's the craziest feeling in the world is knowing you can have such a big impact on everyone. And yeah, I mean to see my mom's crying. And my dad, you know, that just shows how much it means to them, how much it means to me that I get to say thank you in that kind of way.”

ROSÉ on keeping relationships private “I’ve never been in a public relationship, and a lot of that is because I want to protect the person I love. It hurts more when people close to me get attacked. I’m okay being in the public eye it’s my job but it feels unfair when someone I care about gets dragged into it. Right now, with the fan base I’ve experienced, I don’t know if I feel completely safe. Maybe in the future, if I really trust the media to protect me, I’d feel more comfortable. But for now, I think a lot of people understand what that feels like.”

Mind blowing. Ego effecting? Interesting to me—and strange to me—that tons of fans at the WSOP - World Series of Poker, tell me on a daily basis: “I love you Phil.” For which I say to all of you fans, “Thank you, I sincerely appreciate it!” To me, at minimum it means that the fans finally figured out that I am a Good Guy and I love this: yay!! However, it is a little bit “Mind blowing.” Kinda like MJ jogging to catch up to me to say hello at ARIA Las Vegas. Kinda like winning Bracelet #16, or having my book hit the “NY Times Best Seller” list. Right now, I cannot let anything get to my head, I cannot let anything effect my Ego. I mean, if my Ego blows up, then I will not play my best poker. I have 6 more weeks of WSOP and I NEED my “A Game,” I need to play my absolute best poker #POSITIVITY

Zara Larsson accepts the Breakthrough award at the ‘Billboard Women In Music 2026’. #BBWomenInMusic “[…] I’m not new and there are so many years of hard work behind an overnight success or a breakthrough. I’ve been an artist for over a decade now but lately things have really changed for me in my life and my career. So I’ve been trying to figure out what was it that happened? What was it that made the change happen? And when I was younger I wanted to be the best so bad and the annoying part of being the best in any art is that it’s subjective and you just have to, what I learned is that you have to be the most you because only you could be the best of that. And I feel like I become the most me around amazing women. So I didn’t suddenly become a better performer. I just changed who I was around and that was my breakthrough…”

In the late 1970’s, I calculated that we were going to have a global debt default. I was so confident in what that meant for the markets that I went to Congress to share my perspective. I couldn’t have been more wrong. While several countries defaulted on their debt, the impact on markets was the opposite of what I expected. And I lost a lot of money — for me and for my clients. I had to let all of my employees go. But it was the best experience that ever happened to me because it taught me that pain + reflection = progress. And it taught me three lessons that became the foundation of Bridgewater’s success.

Jaylen Brown with an interesting postgame interview before walking off the court: “I’ve had to adjust, it’s a different year. I just do what the team needs me to do. I’ve been able to evolve through different things in my career. This team, I’m more of a playmaker, so I just embrace it and get better in that role and do what I do.” #Celtics

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted. I’m just so chuffed that I get to do this for a living… be a silly pop girlie, write and create music that brings people – and myself – a lot of joy… Thank you for believing in me. I literally get on the bunk on my bus most nights from the tour and just lie there like, ‘Oh my god! As if this is my life!’ It means a lot. I hope I get to do this for the rest of my life… Full of gratitude and lots of all the lovely emotions. Thank you so much.”

(rough trans) "i think i’ve given up on trying to satisfy everyone. nowadays, I’m thinking about how i can best repay those who love, support, and believe in me(..) In the end, this profession isn’t something i do just for my own benefit. this makes me reflect more. part of this comes from a sense of responsibility and from criticism towards the imperfect aspects of myself. i have a lot of thoughts. i plan to push myself harder, train more, and come back in a better form. even though i want to rush this process, i know i need time to get there. i also realize that my desire to do well shouldn’t get ahead of my abilities"

At the start of this year, Phil Mickelson had a crushing ball speed of 165mph. Within 2 months he upped that to high 170’s and topping over 180. That’s an incredible jump for a man in his 50’s! He puts it down to training with speed sticks and explains how he has to change his release the faster he gets. “What I do notice is as I speed the swing up, I have to change the release point of my golf swing. I use length to create the leverage that I want, so it takes a lot of pressure off. But, as I do that, I have to change where the release is. But if I speed up, when I get down to the ball the face will be open. So I have to feel like I’m releasing the club a little bit earlier.” Lefty is a master at going deep in explaining the technicals of the golf swing. Definitely give this a watch, it may help you hit bombs! 💪 💣 Phil Mickelson LIV Golf Troy Mullins

I’ve been trying to sit down for a while now and talk about what this record means to me but the truth is I feel like this record says it all. I’ve grown so much in the past few years and I have such a different view of love and life and loss. The highs and lows of the whirlwind have taught me a lot about what’s important and how to never give up on trying to find your inner peace. I think you’ll hear what I mean when you listen. Hope it means something to you too ❤️ My new record ‘Whirlwind’ is out now.
