simulating layouts with Blender FastHenry! you can now export spice netlist of your Blender scene and run a layout spice simulation. Here I am using kiCAD Ngspice to see study the switch node voltage ringing of NMOS half-bridge with TO-220 packages. You can see how moving DC link capacitors closer, and shortening leads reduces the amount of ringing and overshoot. Blender 🔶 KiCad PCB Daniel Bogdanoff Dave Jones

The 3 Coolest Things I saw at #Siggraph this year: 1. Nvidia's DLSS Denoiser in Blender This makes Cycles basically real-time. Meaning 3d artists can create with almost zero latency. Not yet available to the public, but it's expected to make it into a future Blender release.

6. Let's taco bout trims : All the gold trims came very late because i wanted more details. They are all simple one sided plane with a material i made in painter. The trim a layered with curve wrap onto curves in maya, and were proceduraly modeled with blender geo-nodes.
