Unpopular opinion: patterned floors are better than plain tiles. 🤷‍♂️ Just watched this kitchen build where they sealed autumn leaves into the floor. It looks absolutely magical with the wooden cabinets. 🍂✨

@luneafaw Pretty cool, but it's AI. Unfortunately it'd be a huge PITA trying to get the leaves to set while maintaining volume under something like polyurethane. You can tell when they're pouring it. However definitely shows the concept can look really good if it was ever replicated.

@luneafaw Call me old school but I don't like this style of floor where you have that type of see through floor with natural elements as decorations. I've seen a couple of videos out there, not sure if it's AI or the real deal but I prefer a good old wood or even marble floor.
