Is this really the 4th best spread or dip in the world? Guacamole was recently ranked as the 4th best sauce in the world, in my book, it’s a very close battle with hummus for that number one spot. Let me know which you would pick! I like to make my guac a mix of creamy but chunky, and also left out tomatos, which are typically in guac, so feel free to include them, and also make any substitutions you like to make your own version. This is usually the way I do it for an easy appetizer that i know people will like, especially in the summer. Another preference is temperature! I like my guacamole on the colder side, so make it with avocados straight out of the fridge and serve right away for best results. Ingredients: ✅3 large avocados ✅1 large handful fresh cilantro (about 1/3 cup finely chopped) ✅1/2 large red onion, finely diced (finely diced is key!) ✅1 jalapeno, finely diced (remove seeds if you dont want it spicy) ✅ 2 garlic cloves, minced (use fresh but jarred works, too) ✅1 lime ✅1/2 tsp cumin ✅2-3generous pinches salt Here is how I made it: 1.I prefer cold avocados so store them in the fridge for at least 2 hours prior to starting. 2.Grab a board or a bowl - i did this right on the board. Finely chop 1 large handful fresh cilantro which yields about 1/3 cup. the cilantro, add 1/2 finely diced large red onion 1 finely diced jalapeño (remove the seeds if you dont like it spicy!), and 2 freshly minced garlic cloves. 4.Grab your 3 large avocados, remove the skin and pit and add to the rest. 5.Squeeze the juice of 1 small lime. If you want more lime-y you can add more lime after you taste it later. 6.Add 1/2 tsp cumin, a couple generous pinches of salt, then mash using a fork or utensil. I have waited to publish the Pixel 11 Pro XL Performance and Gaming experience, and there is a slight difference in its performance between when it was launched and now. 🧵 (1/2) The Pixel 11 Pro XL is fast and smooth in real-life usage during normal day-to-day tasks, but heavy tasks and gaming need much improvement. There are improvements in Genshin Impact because, at the time of launch, it was not playable, but now it's playable. Let's talk in detail: Starting with the daily tasks, like app opening and switching between apps, is smooth and fast and easily comparable with other Flagships. The camera shutter button is responsive and quick, and this new Chipset looks efficient too because it doesn't heat up in day-to-day tasks and has less energy consumption. RAM management is also good; it easily keeps apps running in the background. But things get a little messy when you do heavy tasks on it, which is now a habit for almost every Pixel device. When you do heavy things like heavy editing and video rendering at very high quality, it feels slow compared to other Flagships, and the gaming experience is not comparable with them because Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 devices' gaming experience is on another level. Benchmarks Note: All benchmarks were conducted at room temperature around 27°C, in a non-air-conditioned room. Pixel 11 Pro XL features Tensor G6 3nm Chipset, which is paired with IMG CXTP 48 1536 GPU, UFS 4.0 Storage, and up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM. The device scores 1.9 million in AnTuTu, reaching around 36°C and consuming 4% battery. During a 30-minute throttling test, the device throttled to 68%, and the temperature was around 34°C. The deeper astronomers look, the weirder this thing gets — and the latest observations have pushed it even further outside the “normal comet” category. Here’s what’s new — and why researchers are quietly losing their minds over it: 1. The Shape Is Still Wrong Hubble’s new high-res images don’t show a round nucleus like most comets — instead, ATLAS appears elongated and possibly “ship-like,” wrapped in a glowing dust cocoon.
