@woye1 Governors want LGs to remain inconsequential in the scheme of governance, so they retain their status as emperors. 3 tiers of govt by mouth. Give LGs autonomy with close monitoring both from FG and SGs, u will see workings, insecurity will abate. SGs, let LGs get autonomy
