If this is true , then this is the biggest Election Fraud of our country and clearly @ECISVEEP has rigged the elections to please the master sitting on the TOP. This must be probed.

I watched the video clip thrice - where did he said that since Modi ji was trailing, 1.5 lakh votes were arranged? He said his lead of 1.5 lakh was somehow achieved (despite party workers being angry). Is there any other part, please share.
