14 PEAKS NO O2 – Forever grateful for your support. On 4th, I stood on the summit of Shishapangma along with the fixing team from Mingma G – a poignant and heartfelt moment I am still trying to find the words for. After 14 Peaks I wanted to continue to motivate and inspire and show that there are always more things to achieve and do in life. I dedicate this climb and new records to the memory of my dear mum and dad and Anna and Mingmar. I now become the fastest person to climb all 14 Peaks without supplementary oxygen (2 years 4 months and 28 days) as well as the fastest person to climb 14 Peaks with both O2 and no O2 together – in 5 years, 5 months and 12 days (23rd April 2019 to 4th October 2024.) I’m so proud to have stood on the summit with my brother and K2Winter legend Ming Ma.g – who completes his 14 Peaks no O2 mission too – we become the first Nepalese to achieve this! BIG MOUNTAINS NEED BIG ACTION. This was K2 last year when our Nimsdai Foundation team, led by Elite Exped went to do the #BigMountainCleanUp. Yes, it is shocking. However, high altitude waste is a complex issue – some of it has been here decades. Waste and rubbish is a huge worldwide issue. From the plastics in the ocean to the land and rubbish clogging fields and hedges to the pollutants in the air and of course, on the mountain. We all need to play our small part in tackling this, and raising awareness globally. As a UNEP Mountain Advocate, I am proud to help raise awareness of the #BeatPlasticPollution movement – a campaign designed to raise the issue of waste from the grassroots to the Government and international level. The Big Mountain Clean Up is us playing our small part to protect and preserve these beautiful mountains not just for our generation but for generations to come. My Elite Exped team follow ‘clean as you go’ and ‘leave no trace’ protocols on all expeds and they are working with the Foundation and local guides to return to K2 this season to clean further. One key mission will be removing old ropes – these can be deadly if climbers accidently clip on to them. I believe that by working together we can bring about positive and lasting change. Part of that has to be education throughout all of society from people to Governments about waste and its effects on our home the Earth. Andrew Ushakov had a dream to be the fastest person to do this challenge, and show a different way to attempt Everest. Normally Everest missions can take 50+days due to acclimatisation routines, but Andrew wanted to show that with dedication, training and lots of preparation and hypoxic training for acclimatisation (*including 400+ hours in a hypoxic tent), it could be done faster. At Elite Exped we want to help clients achieve their big dreams in a safe way – that’s our priority. Andrew started his challenge from Sea Level, starting at New York on May 15th at 00.30am and flying to Kathmandu, and then flying to Everest Base Camp. Being rich is not FU MONEY. (sorry for the low volume. there are critters around me) There are many people in this space who are "rich". But they are not free. If you ask a lot of people "What does it mean to be free?" you get 3 core principles. "Being free means to do what I want, when I want, and with whom I want." 1. To do "what you want" you have to know yourself and what makes you happy and fulfilled. To have purpose. 2. "When I want" means time. This is you most precious gift, pleb. I see my last block out there on the horizon being mined. Don't waste time. Understand when you have enough, and get on with your life. 3. "With whom I want" means you need to cultivate deep friendships NOW so that at the end of your life people remember you as someone they admired and loved. There are people in this Bitcoin space who will never have enough things, or enough Bitcoin. They will stand in front of you at a Bitcoin conference and never engage with you while "working the room" with their eyes. You can have FU MONEY sooner than you think. Think quietly on the above and realize it is not a number. It's what is between your ears and in your heart.

Most guys do not realize how dirty, naughty, and sexual women are. The average woman is way dirtier than the average man.
