The flood arrived suddenly, as the river’s water level rose drastically. Several people were reported to be trapped on the opposite side of the river and were unable to escape due to the strong current. Fortunately, thanks to the cooperation of authorities and rescue teams, all victims were successfully evacuated. The evacuation process was quite tense and took more than four hours.
