Per a friend with access to search plates, law enforcement has searched his record 24 times. They know who he is. So why not arrest? I'm wondering if this guys is law enforcement or has family who are.

He, or someone in his family is in law-enforcement.

Does anyone believe this has only happened twice? It's going to be interesting to see this guy's criminal history as you can bet he has one.

On a much minor note, it’s also illegal to stop traffic on the interstate for reasons that aren’t emergencies. They don’t need victim cooperation to charge him with that. I know it’s probably minor but it’s something…

People need to lock fheir car doors and report these things. If someone is following you, start honking your horn, drive to a police station (or at least call 911), and stay inside your vehicle.

He’s got to be a cop. He used police tactics to block the vehicle’s escape. Watch the video - he maneuvers his vehicle at an angle to box her in. Looks just like how the police do it. The cops had his plate number? And he hasn’t been arrested? He’s a cop.

I can’t believe that no one assisted the victims in either of these cases.

Wait, if they had his plate from the first assault of the woman “in front of a crowd” why was he not arrested?! She couldn’t have given the cops the plate # cause she was knocked out so there had to have been reporting witnesses. I don’t get this.

Can’t they press charges on him without the victim since there’s video evidence of it happening?

Given the "hard evidence" IE, the video, the DA should prosecute without the testimomy of the victim. Or subpoena him. Community safety overrides one person being uncomfortable.
