I put my money where my mouth is. This is Mopol Junction to Itele Road. This terrible road I was referring to is what Harry Maguire claim to be in construction or to be a Federal road. By the way, it didn’t rain. So imagine when it rains. And yeah, no school today because of the election tomorrow, so there’s not so much traffic as usual. Federal or State, there’s no road in the entire Ogun State. There’s no excuse for Dapo Abiodun and Yayi to still leave the Mopol Junction Itele Lafenwa Road the way it is. This Lafenwa-Itele-Ayobo road is a Federal road which most of its span stretches through Ado Odo Ota LGA of Ogun state, and it connects Ogun to Lagos State through Mopol Junction. However, I’d like to clarify the things you got wrong. Walk with me: 1. The Lafenwa-Itele-Ayobo road is a 12km Federal road which passes through Ado Odo Otta LGA in Ogun Ogun State. It connects Ogun State to Lagos State via the Mopol Junction. Federal Road Reconstruction works, facilitated by Senator Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola YAYI. CON, FCA , commenced in March 2023 on this road. Evidence: 2. The photos you posted are OLD photos taken from google. They don’t reflect the true state of the road. (Check frame C and D and E for evidence) 3. The reality is: the road is currently under construction by the Federal Government, and asphalt laying began on parts of the road (from Oju Ore) in September, 2024. {Check frame A, B and C, They are time-stamped, well documented evidence of progress report on the road sourced from social media} —Please always verify information, especially photos very well before you post them. —It’s now the FG’s responsibility to complete it as budget has been released for it. {Work direction is from Oju Ore to Lafenwa to Mopol junction—which is the border of Lagos and Ogun State.}

I am sure Ogun State indigenes didn’t sleep well due to the bad roads they have to face going and coming back from work. I just want to remind you that the road at the Mopol Junction of Ogun State and the Lafenwa Itele road looks like this. This is the road used mostly by school children and civil servants and yet you have not fixed it. I am sure your children have never passed this road in their lives, so why put other people’s children in harms way? I am sure your children never passed this road to school, so why allow our children continue to die on bike accidents and fallen vehicles on their way to school? FIX IT!

He has resumed at a different venue, today. This road you see in this clip, is one of the major roads connecting Lagos to Ogun State. There are over 120 connecting roads, in the same state as this road - in Ogun State. Wicked doesn't qualify Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun, CON enough.

We have told you people many times and given updates about status of this road, but everytime Ogun State makes a giant stride under Dapo Abiodun, you come up with it, using this useful clown you commissioned on errand. Governor Dapo Abiodun explained that the reconstruction was initiated to address the long-standing challenges faced by motorists and residents along the route, particularly around the Igele Bridge area which had for years slowed movement and affected economic activities.
