How come when it comes to corruption u tend to investigate before arrest, but when it comes to political stupid crimes u arrest before investigations ? How do u investigate when perpetrators are still holding offices? what a joke

I wish that @PoliceUg would carry out other investigations in the same manner. Normally they arrest first, batter, bruise traumatize people before carrying out investigations. Now the MPs are just chilling waiting on the outcomes of the investigation. #weareallthesame

The challenge is that the real hardcore criminals are resident in the biggest offices of the country and they hold the mighty "wand" on what police should or shouldn't do. Thus,your investigations which are not going to lead to any conviction are a waste of our time. #wemovedon
