Two #Bengaluru girls have been booked for allegedly assaulting a cab driver, the public and the police under the influence of alcohol on Friday night. The accused have been identified as Liza, a resident of #BannerghattaRoad in #BTMLayout Second Stage, and Amran Mathew, from #Koramangala. Both the accused are students. The police said the two girls were riding a two-wheeler when they dashed into a cab driven by Ahmed Gurkar, 47. They fell onto the road after colliding with the car. The rear left portion of the car also got damaged in the incident. “I helped the girls get up. When they were leaving, I stopped them and told them about the damage, asking them to pay for repairs. The girls started abusing me filthily and assaulted me,” Gurkar stated in the complaint. The police said the situation escalated rapidly as the intoxicated girls attacked Gurkar with their helmets before attempting to flee. When bystanders intervened and demanded an explanation, the girls turned violent toward them as well. A passerby contacted the police helpline 112, and the Hulimavu police staff rushed to the spot. The girls also put up resistance when police officers tried to put them into a Hoysala vehicle. After a brief commotion, they were taken to Hulimavu police station, where their parents were summoned. “We have registered a case against the girls, but they were let off at 3 am on Saturday with their parents after they were served notice,” said a police officer.

Family cr!es out, as they accuse officers allegedly attached to the Owerrinta Police Station in Abia State of ass@ulting, unlawfully detaining them, and allegedly be@ting their father to de@th, as they call on governor Alex Otti According to the family, on June 23, 2026, after returning from their family farmland, they were at home when, between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., some unknown individuals allegedly surrounded their house and began knocking on the door. As I’ve been focusing on the women’s stories before, here are some of the accounts from the male delegates of the Malaysian team who joined the Global Sumud Flotilla. Testimony from Sul Aidil: - They were treated with extreme cruelty as soon as they arrived at the port. The IDF showed no respect, their hands were tied behind their backs, and they were forced to kneel. - Among them was an elderly delegate with a back injury who had to lie down, still with his hands tied behind him. When they were later ordered to move, everyone had to do so on their own while still restrained. The older man struggled to move, and when the others pleaded for the soldiers to help him, the IDF coldly replied that he could “do it himself.” - Since their hands were tied, they had to use their feet to push and move their belongings. - In prison, they were constantly disturbed every two hours, just as they were about to fall asleep, the IDF would come and bang on the cell doors or shout their names to keep them awake. - The activist Thiago, who was in the opposite cell, told them that this was part of the IDF’s psychological tactic to prevent the detainees from resting, to break their spirits. - Each time they were disturbed, the delegates would respond by chanting, “Free, free Palestine!” until the guards became irritated. -They were treated like criminals. One night, the IDF brought in dogs from the K9 unit and special agents who flashed lights and aimed shotguns directly at their faces to intimidate them. Testimony from Asmawi Mukhtar: - The aggression escalated immediately upon their arrival at the port. Asmawi was hit, beaten, his hands twisted behind his back, his head forced down, and he was dragged along the pavement for about 200 meters. - All the delegates, men and women, were forced to kneel with their heads pressed to the hot tarred ground, in a commando rest position, for nearly three hours. -Thankfully, he still had his passport with him, which he placed under his forehead to shield it from the burning pavement. Others weren’t as fortunate and had to endure the scorching heat directly on their skin. -At the immigration checkpoint, all personal belongings were confiscated, especially items that could reveal information about the mission. - The transfer from the immigration area to the prison was horrific. They were packed tightly into a black maria vehicle and left inside for more than an hour, with no air conditioning or ventilation, under the blazing heat. - Many struggled to breathe and nearly suffocated. Only after some time did the IDF switch on the air conditioning but they turned it to the lowest temperature at full blast for the next two hours, leaving the detainees shivering until they reached the prison. - There were 17 people crammed into that small vehicle. #GlobalSumudFlottilla

In #MadhyaPradesh's #Ratlam, a 13-year-old Class 8 student, who has represented India at the national level in skating, attempted suicide by jumping from the third floor of #BodhiInternationalSchool on Friday morning. The boy, critically injured, was rushed to a private hospital and is now reported to be in stable condition. CCTV footage shows him repeatedly apologizing 52 times over four minutes inside the principal’s office before rushing out and jumping. The incident occurred after the student recorded a classroom video on his mobile phone, which he uploaded to social media. The school administration discovered the video and called the student’s parents to discuss a violation of school rules. The principal allegedly threatened to suspend him, confiscate his medals, and “end his career,” which reportedly left the boy distressed and fearful of expulsion. The boy’s father, Pritam Katara, was waiting in the school reception unaware of the unfolding situation. He rushed to the spot after hearing the commotion and found his son severely injured. The father expressed anguish over the school’s handling of the incident, emphasizing that his son was a disciplined national-level sports player who would not have attempted such an act under normal circumstances. “I was invited to meet my son. When I reached the school, I found out he had fallen… He has been to nationals twice in skating. I got a call from the school, but then another call came from the school asking me to come straight to the hospital, the student’s father, Pritam Katara, said. SDM Archie Harit confirmed that the student had brought a mobile phone, a violation of school rules, but said the situation escalated unexpectedly. The school stated it had intended to speak with the parents before taking disciplinary action. The principal, Dolly Chauhan, mentioned the student was called for counseling after the assembly and feared parental reaction. Investigations are underway. “The child is in Class 8. He had brought his phone. He ran and jumped. His condition is stable. An investigation will be conducted. Mobile phones are not allowed in school even teachers’ phones are confiscated. He is a skater with a very good national-level position,” Harit said. Doctors treating the student reported multiple fractures but no head injury. Recovery is expected to take six to seven months, with multiple surgeries planned. Authorities are reviewing the incident to ensure proper school procedures and child safety measures are followed.

Who is a high agency person you've never heard of? Yukio Shige. The man who's prevented 789 suicides. One of my favorite questions to ask: "What movie should Hollywood be making instead of endless remakes like Transformers 12?" Yukio's story is top of that list. Every day, he goes to a notorious suicide location in Japan: Tōjinbō cliffs. Why? 1. Yukio's Motivation Yukio was in the police. Towards the end of his career, he became exhausted from fishing dead bodies from the ocean During one of his last shifts before retirement, he met a married couple on the cliffs. They had mountains of debt. And wanted to end their lives by jumping off the cliffs. Yukio managed to convince them not to -- and took them to the local authorities thinking they'd help. 5 days later - he received a letter: "You were very helpful. The authorities didn't do anything... So we'll say goodbye here" The couple took their lives -- and it broke Yukio's heart. Upon retiring, rather than sit back and relax as he deserved... He decided to go to the cliffs every day. Using his binoculars, he would look out for anyone who looked suicidal. 2. The Problem The cliffs became a sick tourist attraction due to the number of suicides: 1. It made it difficult to spot the suicidal people 2. It was marketing itself as a place for suicide -- causing more suicidal people to go. 3. The High Agency Solution Here's how he spots the suicidal amongst the tourist crowd: • Won't be smiling or taking photos • No cameras or souvenirs. • Dark fashion colors -- and stood in more dangerous positions Anyone who looks alarming - he will go over and start a conversation with them. It's common that grown adults will just break down in tears immediately on the spot. Yukio calms them down and invites them into his cafe for a chat. He then keeps regular contact with them -- and often speaks to their family members. His cafe is always open whenever they want to talk. He keeps track of every life he's saved: The last public number was 789. ------ The below clip is from Nas Daily. If you want to go much deeper and see the real story - I highly recommend a 45-minute documentary I've found. It only has 40K views on it. I'll attach it below.

This is not a scene from a movie. This is October 7. Aner came from Jerusalem to the Nova festival. He would become the hero of a story of almost superhuman strength and unimaginable bravery. On October 7, he was dancing with friends - for freedom, love, and life. A magical smile. Starry eyes. When the rocket barrages began, Aner and around 30 others who had fled the festival took shelter in a bomb shelter. They had no idea that within minutes, terrorists would arrive and they would be fighting for their lives. Aner kept his cool and did not hesitate. He stood alone at the entrance to the shelter. He knew there was nowhere to run. Armed terrorists were outside. The first grenade was thrown inside - Aner caught it and threw it back out. Then the second. Again and again, with his bare hands. Eight times. One man against a group of armed terrorists - and he stopped them. He stood there protecting the others with his own body, giving his life for them. The ninth grenade exploded. The terrorists continued throwing grenades and then opened fire on the wounded. Almost everyone inside the shelter was murdered. Some were kidnapped to Gaza. A few survived and later told the story of Aner's heroism - heroism that was also captured on the terrorists' own cameras. If your grandchildren ever ask, tell them this: Thousands of Nukhba terrorists were armed from head to toe with rifles, grenades, and RPGs - yet none of them had the courage Aner had. Tell them he pursued justice. Tell them he sanctified life. Tell them about his kindness. Aner fell in battle - a battle no one had prepared him for, yet he fought like a giant. His spirit, courage, and bravery will stay with us forever. His place is among giants. This is the last image of him, at the bottom right - standing alone at the entrance to the shelter, waiting for the monsters. The truth cannot be erased. Don't you dare forget.

InDrive is trending because a Driver got suspended after a lady accused him of faking a car repair to allow robbers rob them at Onipanu — The driver has now debunked it to be a lie. Apparently, on Sunday evening Itohan ordered a ride from Surulere to Mafoluku Oshodi, with her friend, charged at ₦4,800. But along the trip, the driver lied that his car had broken down, sat in the car, refused to drive as thugs robbed Itohan and her friend. Itohan claims the robbers gave them option of getting robbed or settling them with a transfer. All these happened between 8pm to 8:59pm. Seeing this report, InDrive immediately suspended the 4.85 rated driver, James Oluwatosin. Now.. According to The Driver. When they got to Onipanu, the car tripped off, all the light on the dashboard tripped off, but luckily the road was free, so he used that kinetic motion to find a well lit open corner to park and check the car. — electrical issues. He told them to stay inside the car and lock the door. The girls refused, particularly Itohan. Although the handles were broken, so he opened it for them externally and they came out. As his mechanic was talking him through the DIY fixing, a pastor came to preach to the girls, he tried to block it. After that, street thugs came and aggressively asked him for settlement. He conversed locally with them, they mellowed and demanded for ₦20k. Meanwhile all he had was ₦1k to give them. Suddenly, Itohan intervened said the 20k is too much, then she started negotiating with the boys, from 20k to 15k to 4k to 10k to 8k.. Itohan finally paid them 8k. Even though the driver kept saying it was too much and unnecessary, and Itohan was worried so they don’t molest them. After fixing the issue with the help of the same area boys, Itohan’s friend dropped at Oshodi bridge while Itohan dropped at Mafoluku. And paid the driver ₦4,000. Instead of ₦4,800, he wasn’t expecting any payments because of the ₦8k she spent already. So he took the ₦4k and everyone left. Only to now find out his account had been suspended over a report. And to find out the report is from Itohan, he got confused and had to share his own side of the story. Says the car is still how it is, and the ₦4k Itohan sent is still in his account. That he doesn’t understand or know why she’s saying he set them up for robbery. Itohan still called him a liar for attempting to blame them because of their dressing. Now, twitter, is already hostile and repellent to accusations, because a lot of the accusations here are mostly false, and to make it interesting, Itohan is a feminist. So it made her allegations watery. Apparently, area boys harrassing vulnerable car owners is a normal thing in Lagos. Follow Trending Explained for daily explanations!

The Navy SEAL who killed Osama bin Laden reveals what happened inside the room Adam Carolla: So, you got him, now you’re continually going up the stairs. And you were in what place in this line? Robert O’Neill: When we got to the second story, it split off to the left and right. The guy that had been up front, he’d already taken a shot up the third set and now he’s pointing up through a curtain. I recognize as the last man, he needs a two-man. So, I went up to him as a two-man, he starts pimping me with his body language. Like what he’s saying is, “There’s the suicide bombers. We can beat them, but the shitty news is we have to fucking go right now.” I remember looking down, and this is… this is not bravery right now. I’m tired of thinking about it. Get it over with. I squeezed him, we went up. We went through the curtain and he saw the two suicide bombers that he thought were there, and he jumped on them. Adam Carolla: How does he jump on them? Robert O’Neill: He just tackles them and grabs them. Admiral McRaven asked him, “You jumped on suicide bombers. Why would you do that?” He said, “Well, they want the guy behind me to get hurt.” Adam Carolla: Wow. Robert O’Neill: Because he did that, I turned to the right… And there’s Osama bin Laden standing there, his wife’s in front of him. They can put the leads from a vest down their robes onto their wrist, and all they got to do is touch them. Adam Carolla: Put their hands together. Robert O’Neill: And guess what? We’re all fucking dead. I see him, he’s maneuvering. Adam Carolla: What is he seeing? Robert O’Neill: Nothing. He knows there’s people there. The way you deal with suicide bombers is you shoot him in the face. So, I caught him. I shot him in the face twice and then the third time on the floor. Adam Carolla: But that’s bin Laden. Robert O’Neill: Yes. Adam Carolla: Now, you know it’s bin Laden. Robert O’Neill: Yes. Adam Carolla: Are the instructions to kill Bin Laden? Are the instructions to capture Bin Laden? Robert O’Neill: Knowing SEAL Team 6, we’re going to kill him. Right. That’s it. We’re going to fucking kill him.
