(Continued) 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗧 3-3+ minutes rest between WORKING sets is ideal. 2 is fine but that is the ABSOLUTE FLOOR!!! 1-2 minutes rest is fine between WARM UP sets ###

Thanks for this.

This or 5 day split? What wins?

Just a question, what is your thoughts on repeated days such as only one upper workout done 2x weekly rather than upper a/b? Recent studies show it is better for growth.

If you program exercises on each day that only train the muscles at one joint angle, I could see the case for it being stationary But that’s exactly why I program multiple Ex: incline machine press one day paired with pec flys and then low to high cable flys paired with flat machine press

What is your warm-up routine for booth upper and lower variations?

How long do each of these workouts take you?

It will depend on the set count and rest time you use Could be as low as 50ish mins or as high as 90ish See instructions at bottom

For the chest supported rows, do you recommend T bar or machine? Thanks

It depends on the machine and the t bar

This is what my gym has

I prefer the t bar for pronated for sure Neutral grip is a toss up

Thanks

Is there a reason why there's only 2 shoulder exercises and no rear delts? Do rear delta not need to be trained?

Odd man out for me with most 3-4 day programs I usually include them on a 5 day and you certainly can include them on a 3 or 4 if they’re a priority I just take the stimulus they get from the rowing movements and call it a day

Yeah that makes alot of sense
