They are 5-0 in the Sunbelt. People have wanted a winning product, and Huff has delivered by flipping a 1-11 team over night basically. The Eags not only have a chance to win the west, and play for a conference championship. But win out and with some help there is a small outside chance of being the G5 team in the playoffs. Which is crazy to say, but it’s not impossible. The team is fun to watch, and KujForCongress brings the energy to make it a good time for everyone. Don’t miss out! This is a nice bit of insight from England's World Cup camp. At the top level of the game, this is how a player's physical performance data is visualised post-match and used to inform their recovery on MD+1. From what they eat to refuel, to the recovery protocols they choose from in terms of a selection menu: yoga and meditation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, strength training in the gym, etc. And every player produces different datasets so recovery can be individualised. Not every team has the budget for this sort of thing, but the fundamentals are the same - how does your performance data inform what you do next, to prepare for the next training session or game.
