I am evolved enough to know that nothing comes easy and no one is perfect. Everyone will judge you. No matter WHAT you do. And/ or what you don't do. Acceptance comes with accepting yourself first. And the difficult journey it takes sometimes to get there. I celebrate everyone taking the time to put one step in front of the next everyday in order to build the next version of themselves for the better. Allowing yourself grace, patience and respect...

It’s so sad how a lot of extremely exceptional people are trapped in Nigeria. One day may we truly have a country where young people have hope and a future. I don’t even know this person, But I think they deserve the spotlight one day.

The bright faces of Ukrainian children, their love for their country, and their sincere joy. Huge thanks to the educators for instilling the values of friendship, unity, and solidarity. At the same time, I see videos from russia where children in kindergartens and schools are dressed in military uniforms, holding toy and wooden guns. They are being taught militancy from childhood. And after all this, someone still says we are "one people"? No, we are not. We have different goals, different mindsets, and completely different upbringings.
