US Secretary of State Marco Rubio: It is in my personal view that we've had probably the most productive and meaningful meeting so far in this entire process since we've been involved in it from the beginning. So I think the takeaway from it is I think this is a very, very meaningful, I would say probably best meeting and day we've had so far in this entire process going back to when we first came into office in January. We have a very good work product that was already built on a foundation of input from all the relative parties involved here, and we were able to go through some of those items now point by point, and I think we've made good progress. And then obviously there's the Russian side of the equation, but again, we think we have some pretty substantial insights over the last nine months into some of the things that are really important to them.

And I would remind people, like a lot of the opposition is, is been driven by the ccp and a lot of a lot of influence. So I think now withwith data centers, uh, also there's the facts now that it, it consumes a very, very, maybe one tenth of 1%, you know, compared to almonds and compared to other other things, part of our economy and also our land usage as well, too. The only thing we didn't take down was the oil. Because if we knock out, I call them the pipes. Very complex. But if you do that, it will take them forever to rebuild, meaning whoever — and hopefully it's a sane group of people, but whoever it is, it's going to be running that, and we're going to try to get people that are going to run it well. And you know, it's going to be a prosperous, wonderful place. It used to be, you know, if you go back, it used to be a very — the people are great. The people are smart and energetic and it used to be very successful. Now, it's a country run by fear. Suffice it to say that the embargo is tied to political change on the island. The law has been the embargo is codified. And — but the bottom line is their economy doesn't work. It's a nonfunctional economy. It's an economy that has survived. It's for 40 — that revolution — it's not even a revolution, that thing they have — has survived on subsidies from the Soviet Union and now from Venezuela. They don't get subsidies anymore, so they're in a lot of trouble. And the people in charge are — they don't know how to fix it, so they have to get new people in charge. That's what happened.” Trump: “And the relationship we have with Venezuela has been, I think you could almost say, incredible. It's been really good. It's been good for Venezuela and it's been good for us. And I congratulate the Venezuelan baseball team because that was a big — that was a big win. I think, frist of all, an unbelievable effort from the team really to put the car down, you know, at 9:20 this morning. But the was ready at 9:00 you know. We were waiting on a bit of a better track condition and a few things that we wanted to be perfect before we went out. But yeah, from Fiorano testing with Ollie to here there's been moving like people have climbed mountains really to make this car work and it's been really good. So, we are dealing with the plan, learning as it goes. Of course, it's a busy program that we have for the day. So you know, its gonna be difficult to complete it. But for the first real day of driving, I think so far it's going really well and we'll keep pushing to make sure that all the details are covered. But we have more days than normal which is a good thing. Q: Very early days, of course, but just how different are these cars to drive? Have you had a chance to play around a little bit with some of the new modes? Ocon: Yeah, it's very difficult, very complicated. I got lucky be able to do a lot of simulator days before we started the year, so we are pretty well set on that. Everything is clear, but yes, it's very complicated you know, for all of us. But I hope that this will be the same for everyone, because if it is we're in the same boat, so we'll see. Q: But I get the sense you're really relishing that challange and what about the priorities from here, the rest of the weel here at the shakedown? I think you see, especially since COVID, there's been a tremendous growth in the amount of people that are playing golf. “I think it's the greatest game in the world. You learn a lot about life. I met some of my best friends in the whole world playing golf. So for people getting involved in the sport I think is tremendous. “Like I said, getting to spend four hours with somebody outside hanging out playing a game is something that's pretty rare in the busyness I think that we live in today. I think you see, especially since COVID, there's been a tremendous growth in the amount of people that are playing golf. “I think it's the greatest game in the world. You learn a lot about life. I met some of my best friends in the whole world playing golf. So for people getting involved in the sport I think is tremendous. “Like I said, getting to spend four hours with somebody outside hanging out playing a game is something that's pretty rare in the busyness I think that we live in today.
