During the apartheid era (1948–1994), the United States government maintained a complex and often contradictory relationship with the South African regime. Initially, U.S. foreign policy prioritized Cold War strategy over human rights, viewing apartheid South Africa as a reliable anti-communist ally in Africa. From the Truman to the Reagan administrations, American leaders emphasized "constructive engagement," favoring quiet diplomacy over economic sanctions. This approach allowed major U.S. corporations to continue operating in South Africa, providing vital economic support to the apartheid state. Despite growing domestic and international pressure, the U.S. resisted stringent sanctions until the 1980s. Grassroots movements, student activism, and congressional lobbying eventually led to the passage of the Comprehensive Anti-Apartheid Act of 1986, which was signed into law despite President Ronald Reagan's veto. This legislation marked a significant shift in U.S. policy and imposed sweeping economic sanctions on South Africa, including bans on new investment and imports of certain goods. While the U.S. government had long avoided direct confrontation with the apartheid regime, the 1986 sanctions played a pivotal role in isolating it economically and politically. The international community increasingly condemned apartheid as a crime against humanity, and the U.S. ultimately aligned itself with this global consensus. The pressure contributed to the dismantling of apartheid and the peaceful transition to democracy in 1994.

Most have no idea what’s really going on in the U.S., so I’ll break it down. Donald Trump is using executive orders in 2025 to exercise expansive emergency powers that were originally granted by Congress through a law called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, or IEEPA. This law allows a president to declare a national emergency in response to any “unusual and extraordinary threat” that comes from outside the United States, and once that emergency is declared, the president can then control trade, freeze assets, block transactions, restrict exports, and impose tariffs all without needing Congress to approve each action individually. While Congress technically authorizes this power, once it’s granted, the president can renew it every year, and in practice these emergencies often remain in effect for decades unless Congress actively revokes them, which it rarely does. According to Jim Rickards, and as the legal record confirms, the authority starts with Congress but becomes essentially a long leash for the executive branch. What we’re seeing now is Trump using these powers not just for national security or sanctions, but to reshape economic and financial policy by executive order. He’s imposing tariffs on countries like Canada, Mexico, China, and Venezuela by framing them as threats to U.S. energy and economic security. This allows him to bypass Congress on tariff policy, even though trade powers are constitutionally supposed to reside with the legislature. In another example, Trump’s January 23, 2025 executive order directly bans CBDCs in the U.S., stating they pose a threat to individual privacy and the financial sovereignty of the country. That same order encourages the use of USD backed stablecoins, giving the Treasury and private sector blockchain issuers the green light to develop digital dollar alternatives. Although this isn’t framed as an IEEPA action, it follows the same logic. Define a problem as an emergency, then use executive power to impose a solution. Trump is also using these powers to regulate technology and supply chains, placing restrictions on exports of sensitive tools like semiconductors and artificial intelligence chips. He’s invoking national security again to justify these moves. We’re seeing similar actions around rare earth minerals, energy infrastructure, and anything that touches critical systems, including digital platforms and cloud computing. All of this ties into digital adoption because it clears the legal pathway for the executive branch to push the United States toward a new digital financial infrastructure without needing to wait for Congress. When Trump bans CBDCs and promotes dollar-backed stablecoins, he’s not just taking a stance on currency he’s choosing which version of the digital financial future the U.S. should adopt. By rejecting government issued programmable money and favoring blockchain based, private sector innovation tied to the U.S. dollar, he’s reshaping how digital money will function, who controls it, and how it connects to the broader trade and regulatory environment. This approach fits perfectly into the broader timeline I’ve been building. As other countries move forward with multi-CBDC’s (mCBDCs) and crossborder payment systems, the U.S. is carving out a distinct path. One that uses emergency powers to protect national sovereignty while fostering digital adoption through stablecoins, smart contract platforms, and alternative rails like RippleNet and Stellar. Executive orders are becoming the backbone of this shift, sidestepping the delays of legislative negotiation and allowing the White House to set the pace for how digital systems, identity, money, and compliance infrastructure are rolled out. RLUSD right in plain right from the treasury. Those with eyes to see will see it. 👀🫱🏾‍🫲🏻 Emergency declaration:

“Trump’s team wants to scrap it [Putin’s war against Ukraine ] from the agenda.” Lavrov. Lavrov is confirming what many have long feared: that the Trump presidency would serve Russian interests. “This is an artificial war, launched by Joe Biden and his team, that does not reflect the philosophy of the incumbent US administration. I believe this is exactly why Donald Trump’s team wants to scrap it from the agenda so as to eliminate obstacles for normal economic, technological and other relations. This will not be easy because the United States has a peculiar approach towards addressing and resolving economic issues.” Lavrov said. "This is an artificial war, launched by Joe Biden and his team..." This statement is a complete inversion of reality. A blatant and self-serving lie, repeated daily by Trump. Russia feels it can openly lie about the origins of the war because the U.S. President is not a reliable bulwark against Russian disinformation. Putin’s war is not "artificial" or a creation of the Biden administration. It is a full-scale, unprovoked invasion, killing thousands of Ukranians. Russia's actions are driven by its own imperial ambitions and its long-standing desire to subjugate Ukraine and undermine its sovereignty. Lavrov is essentially saying "the war is artificial because we want it to be over on our terms, and now we have a fool who agrees.” The war is a reflection of putin’s “philosophy”, not Biden's. This is the most revealing and chilling part of the statement. Lavrov is essentially giving a back-handed compliment to Trump, confirming that the "philosophy" of the current U.S. administration is to abandon Ukraine. Lavrov is celebrating the fact that the U.S. is no longer committed to the principles of a sovereign, independent Ukraine and is instead more aligned with Russia's view on Ukraine and Europe. Trump's "philosophy" is not about peace, but about appeasement and capitulation, driven by a personal disdain for previous U.S. policy and a fascination with authoritarian strongmen like putin, Xi and Kim Jong Un. "I believe this is exactly why Donald Trump’s team wants to scrap it from the agenda..." This is a direct admission of collusion. Lavrov openly stating that Russia and the U.S. are working together to end the war, but on Russia’s terms. "Scrapping it from the agenda" is a euphemism for forcing Ukraine to surrender territory, a position that would be an outrageous betrayal by Trump. Trump is not seeking a just peace, but rather a quick resolution that allows Russia to claim victory. It confirms that the primary obstacle to Russia's goals has been removed, and the path to a Russian-dictated peace is now open. It is not just propaganda; it is an open admission of a new strategic reality. It confirms that Russia has successfully exploited U.S. political divisions to find a partner in the White House, and that it now feels confident enough to publicly celebrate the unraveling of the West's collective front against Russian aggression.

Remember what The Federal Reserve Act of 1913(Centralized Banking) took from us as American Citizens. The ability to have Economic veto power from bonds a direct will of the people without bureaucracy oversight. Now the government get to subvert the will of the people through central banking cartels, like the federal reserve. That's a misnomer, they're no more federal than the federal express. The concept of "economic veto power" from bonds, as discussed in the context of pre-1913 U.S. financial systems, refers to the ability of citizens to influence government spending decisions through their participation in the bond market. "So in 1913, a convenient new arrangement was made. The Federal Reserve Act created an unlimited credit line for the federal United States government to borrow directly from the Federal Reserve Bank and obligated the American people to pay it back, completely bypassing our veto power. They no longer had to come to us directly to ask permission to fund something. They went directly to the bank. Prior to 1913, the American people had direct veto power over the spending policies of the federal government because, in order for the federal government to borrow any money, it had to go to the people. There was no central bank it could go to. It had to sell bonds. If you didn't want to go to war, you didn't buy the bonds. If you didn't want the pork project that the government had in mind, you didn't buy the bonds. It was a very simple system, a republican system whereby you had veto power, economic veto power, and it worked very well until 1913. That's how the government managed to stay small because it didn't have an unlimited credit line to go on a shopping spree for 80 years and make you pay for it."

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: 🚨 Russian state media called for Senator Lindsey Graham’s assassination in 2023 after his meeting with Volodymyr Zelenskyy / Володимир Зеленський. Now, 3 years later, just one day after meeting with Zelensky in Ukraine, Senator Graham is dead. RT, Russian state media that is controlled by the Kremlin and Putin is mocking me for suggesting Russia or Iran may have poisoned Senator Lindsey Graham, who just returned from Ukraine yesterday and is now dead. 5 days ago at Khamenei’s funeral in Iran, the IRGC called for Senator Graham to be assassinated. Russia sent a delegation to Khamenei’s funeral. Here’s a video of Margarita Simonyan, the editor-in-chief of RT, saying she wants to send a Russian assassination squad to take out Senator Lindsey Graham. RT is nothing more than Russian propaganda. While in Ukraine, Lindsey Graham called for more support for Ukraine to combat Russian ballistic missiles, and he said the White House supported his proposal for increased sanctions on Russia. Now, one day later, Senator Graham has died very unexpectedly. There needs to be an investigation into his death and a toxicology report and autopsy. I think Senator Graham may have been poisoned during his travels abroad. The Russians love gaslighting people to pretend like they never said the things they are on the record saying. Russia doesn’t want their war to end, and neither does Iran. U.S. Secret Service Marco Rubio Watch the video below 👇🏻
