U.S. Surgeon General Vivek Murthy is calling on Congress to approve putting a tobacco-style warning label on social media apps. In explaining the move, Murthy tells Caitlin Huey-Burns that the "youth mental health crisis that we are living through" is "the defining public health challenge of our time."
