When my anxiety surfaces, most of the time it’s pure emotion. I don’t know what thought triggers it. It’s in my subconscious. Like driving on the highway. When I was younger, I had no problem driving cross country. Now, I can’t survive 20 minutes just to get downtown. My thought as I’m approaching is I can do this, there is nothing to fear, you got this. The moment it’s time to merge in, my heart rate goes from 70 to 120 instantly, I get dizzy and I feel like I’m going to pass out. It’s so messed up. Can’t wait to be able to afford a tesla.
