Just want you to know that I have an 8 year old son who plays on a couple different teams. He pitches and plays shortstop. He is talented for his age but also emotional. I make him watch all of your videos bc I truly appreciate your positive message. Keep it up!

All I’m trying to do is empower others to be their best. Hope it helps him out on and off the field!

Love your stuff! I wish my 12 year old (well intended) know-it-all would truly absorb it.

Here’s my 5-year-old son locking in with a meaningful breath as part of his pre-pitch routine. Doesn’t matter how old you are — if you’re stepping on the field without a set routine between pitches, you’re leaving success up to chance.
