Why do people think that wearing gloves is better. I'm sorry if you are a qualified chef/ baker/ barista you know about (or should know about unless you are a retard) not only personal hygiene, but also workplace hygiene. Any cook who prepares food for customer consumption should be mentally aware of where their own hands have been, and not to go anywhere food if they know for a fact that they are spotlessly clean. I have seen some retards sitting there making food with gloves on, scratching their nose, ears etc. so wearing gloves makes zero difference if the preparers is a self indulgent wanker who shouldn't be touching food in the first place!
